Awesome budget chicken fry. So hard to find a good chicken fry and the price on these can't be beat. I had seasoned fries with mine that were tasty, my girl had a loaded baked potato that was huge. She could barely eat half of what she got. This will be our new spot to try all the different food when we come to Brownwood.

As a professional driver, I was in search of a nice sitdown-breakfast that could receive truck/trailer parking.
This location has ample room, easy in/out access.
I was promptly & kindly greeted, immediately seated with a smile & friendly morning conversation.
I ordered the Spanish omelet with browns & biscuits/gravy and coffee compliment.
My coffee & meal was very swiftly served.
I must say that the meal portions are ample, and the omelet has no shortage of sausage in it!! I was more than pleasantly surprised by that! The browns were perfectly cooked, also!
Turns out that the Section Hand preps nearly everything in-house as opposed to a outside, speciality food delivery service: already bagged and mixed. Not many places prep and cut meats in house any more.
The menu prices are quite reasonable, in my opinion, especially for my homestate.

Decided to take in their First special. The sirloin was cooked medium rare and didn't disappoint. The side and salad bar was just the right amount of food for the evening. I will be back to enjoy more there.
