the food is good but they always get it wrong. We get the baja wrap NO TOMATO and no lettuce. some of them dont put the tomato on there but others will say “the wrap dont come with tomatoes anyways” but still put them on the wrap? they should really figure it out bc what if someone is allergic to tomatoes and they still put them on there?

This sonic has always been slow, but to come when they are barely busy and order two cups of ice and it take 11 minutes to bring out is ridiculous. Do better.

Pulled up to window with my boyfriend because no one would answer the speaker the worker was rude and we told her we haven’t ordered yet then repeatedly asked the name of our order took multiple times for her to listen almost left and then we got our drinks as we’re pulling out I feel my seat soaked and there was a huge hole in the bottom of the cup
The drive through person was very attentive and helpful and made sure that we got what we wanted

Great, except for some of the menu stalls were not working and you don't know this until you have already pulled up in the stall, then you have to back out and go find another stall that is working. It would be nice if you could put a parking cone in the stalls that do not work.

I love coming to this Sonic because everything and everyone is friendly and well coordinated. However one carhop ( just today) tried to walk off with my change. The item was $9.19. I gave her $20.19 and she was about to leave without giving me my $10. This young lady needs to be watching what she is doing.

Today I stopped at sonic during happy hour around 2:30 ordered 1 drink it said it was coming waited about 20 minutes then just decided to leave because I had to pick up my kid from school! And other cars that pulled in after me were getting their food!!! This isn't the first time my order was forgot about! Last time I waited over an hour for my food to come out. Finally a Manager came out and said my order wasn't on there! She did get me the food for free and even then I was missing stuff. Very dissatisfied.
