Whoever is now managing this location is letting their staff send drinks out with the girl putting pumps of syrup in their drinks at the window without stirring. She has the worst customer service. She looked offended when I asked her to mic the drink. After asking her to mix the drink and her not wanting to, she withheld our food. This use to be the best location and is now the worst.

Ordered through the mobile app, got to the stall, then had to wait 15 minutes past the estimate for 2 drinks. Then, when the courier brought the drinks out, the slushie I ordered was almost fully melted, and he was very terse and impolite. I tipped you like 75% man what else I gotta do

Love sonic food, but they have about a 75-80% accuracy rate. Never drive away without checking to verify what you are handed is what you ordered

The location on Commerce is slower service than the one on Austin. However the food is good and the staff is friendly.

I just went around 4pm to get me a large sweet tea that was it ! I used the mobile app because you get the discount that way and sonic over on Austin street never have I had an issue with them being quick. I was in a rush today, I waited over 30mins for just a simple quick drink to make. Every last one of the employees were talking and laughing and wasn’t busy at all maybe 3 other cars other than mine but took them 30 mins for a simple tea! This place is a joke and needs to get things together!
The food is correct maybe 70% of the time , ur lucky if u get the sauces u asked for. IF u do get them, they give u one after asking for extra. But really, my biggest problem is their tea. I can tell they don’t clean the container they make it in often, because just about every 3 weeks it DOES taste good and fresh. Then for those next 3 weeks it tastes worse and worse. Not to mention the SWEET tea tastes so watered down half the time; that I can’t even tell it’s supposed to be sweet. Like as if anytime they make a cup of tea they just dump water in to top it off n call it a day. In all, this sonic has serious management issues to be able to allow this at what used to be a lovely sonic a couple years ago.

I ordered a breakfast burrito with no cheese because I am allergic to dairy. First, they came out with a burrito and tots which I did not order. Then they came out with just a breakfast burrito. Great I left, I opened the bag and realized that there was cheese in my burrito. Even after triple checking, they still gave me one with cheese. I just wasted five bucks.

Absolutely the worst experience I've had from a Sonics. First the app doesn't work properly and when I get to Sonic the app doesn't allow me to check in. And when it does I have to wait 20 minutes for a large drink.
I mean what's the point of ordering ahead if you still have to wait 20 minutes just for one drink. I understand it gets busy but filling one large cup shouldn't take 20 minutes to fill. 🤷🤷

This was a waste of time and the customer service was terrible. We waited an hr for a mobile order and then placed an order at the stall. The stall didn’t let me pay before the food came out.When the carhop came to deliver the food she explained the card machine had been down for sometime. I had no cash on hand and asked why I was not informed when placing the order. She had no response other than dang and said they’d hold the food if I wanted to go get cash. I explained that I had already wasted over an hour at this point and that all
Could’ve been prevented if before taking my order they informed cash only. So I left empty handed and wasted time. Customer service was -10/10 do not recommend!!!

Very unprofessional! We waited for 30 minutes for mobile order then placed an order waited another 25 minutes and was not told their card machine wasn’t working until food was brought out and told they only took cash! Then didn’t offer anything for their mess up!!!!! While we have a one year old we were trying to get milk for. Terrible, terrible service!
This place can literally close and it would not be missed by Brown County. The rudest I have ever encountered.They argue with the customers they do not make the drinks correctly.And then they change the drinks prices when you go and get it.I have literally got waters from this company 42 years and never had a problem until today
Very good sonic, always get my order right even with allergy restrictions. The restaurant is in kind of an awkward place but that's not their fault
