We went around 7 ish and we were the only car there no one in drive they said they’d be right with us and we waited for over 10 minutes no answer and still no cars at all drive or stalls and we just left so slow the manager had time to move her truck but not take a order

Came about an hr before closing they refuse to take our order at first till I moved stalls and tried again because it takes 3 tries and all. We got crappy service, ppl that don't know how to split pay, and are kinda rude. I was a doller short with my whole meal in my hand and ur solution is to take my drink for me instead of taking it off and re running it for my card I mean there are more then one ways to skin a cat come on now got to be the worst sonic in Brown county!!!!! Also food was cold

I tried to order a drink and apparently. They didn't know how to make it. It was very unprofessional, no one even said anything to me. I just sat in the drive through for about 10 minutes. And then drove up and nobody waited on me very poor customer service

Literally the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Sonic or any fast food restaurant for that matter. The employee, Donna, who claims to be the manager brought out my two kid’s food and then could not figure out how to run my debit card or my credit card which I had just used prior to coming to Sonic. She then made my kids give back their half eaten food because I did not have cash and rudely stated “You aren’t getting it for free.” I called my bank immediately and was informed that there was nothing wrong with my account or card. I have never had to deal with such an incompetent and rude person. The customer service provided by Donna was non-existent. I believe extensive training on customer service is needed for this employee. I would not recommend this location at all especially if Donna is in charge.

Took 20 minutes to get 3 basic fountain drinks. Car hops didn't offer an apology for the long wait, and they didn't move with any kind of urgency. Worst service ever at a sonic. Had I not prepaid, I would have just left.

Card machine was down and they never told us till we already had our food. Completely unprofessional and they cut us off while we were trying to order. Should have said something when we ordered and then said they would take our food back if we didn’t have cash instead of a card, which is a health code violation. Would not recommend as it seems they do not follow proper food service protocol. Very disappointing.
