I love that when I go there, everyone is so nice. I mobile order, and most of the people that work there (not the newer ones though) know me by name when I walk in. Make my days just a little happier.

Last Friday & Saturday I had an issue with an employee named April. Upon entering the store i was greeted by her calling me HON, as in "Honey how can i help you." After getting my dark roast coffee, she once again said, "here ya go HON," all the while it appeared she was having a conversation with a drive-up customer, even though she was looking at me, but not directing here conversation towards me and then turned her back to me. I thought this was rude on her part to converse with two customers at the same time, and since there were other employee's providing service to the window. The next morning i went in for my coffee and encountered APRIL once again, and again, she addressed me as "HON" even though once again she asked for my name for the order. First off, i'm not her HON, nor do i want to be. Second, it appears she has not attended sensitivity training, sexual harassment training, or training of any sort. I don't believe Starbucks operates or trains in a WOKE environment. People have names, you ask for their names, so call them by their names, or address them by their sur names. This is Texas!

horrible they didn’t even read the order and they put in too much syrup, they made it wrong and they didn’t offer to remake it caramel that I even paid extra for, and they didn’t even offer to remake it and put caramel in it

Some of the friendliest staff I've ever seen. No matter how early they always greet us with a cheerful disposition Thank You Guys! We have only been inside 1 time right after they opened. Looked clean seating was limited.
