Due to the app not working, I called ahead to place an order. Brandy answered the phone, put me on hold, and left me there for the entire 10-minute drive. When I arrived, she was outside smoking and scrolling on her phone—not busy at all. She later walked back in through the front door after a trip to CVS.

Because of this, I was late to lunch, and the whole situation was completely avoidable. She could have at least handed the phone off to another employee to take my order.

The only positive was Jairo, who handled my frustration with real professionalism, apologized, and even comped my sandwich. He’s the one who should be managing the place—not the person putting customers on hold while running personal errands.

And for the record, the majority of my Google reviews are quite positive. It takes a lot for me to post a negative review of a business.

Two visits.

The first visit, the manager on duty was scolding the teenage workers about a mess up and how their pay was being taken to cover for issues.

The second, the same manager had no patience to help someone special needs, just continued to say we don’t have tome to help you, I was next in line, I’d have waited.

Third, I accidentally ordered to this store (the subway app is god awful) with a pick up time of 1:45, I called to cancel as it was the wrong location (sitting inside the commerce location) at 1:30 the order was made and I was told they can’t do anything as it was made. So either way, a cold sandwich by the time of pick up ( I rebought my sandwich at the commerce location) they are quite a bit better at all avenues.

Very messy. Every time we go in to get food they make our sandwiches and they’re literally falling apart before you get to even eat any. When you are trying to talk to them they will not listen. When asked multiple Times to not pile everything in the center of sandwich they continued. Asked for light sauce they soaked it in mayo. Had to ask them to stop pulling my sandwich off the paper and they continued to. It’s honestly worth the drive across town.

Went in the other day and was disappointed in subway as a whole the blonde worker didn’t have any hygiene did not wash her hands after touching her hair and the other female with black hair that I think is the main manager there she was rude to a couple of the customers basically catching an attitude just cause she did not have the patience and after that she caught an attitude she proceeded to take it out on the other employees saying she was going on break then while we was eating in the lobby she came back from her smoke break smelling like marijuana totally unprofessional definitely won’t be back the owner really does need to do something about it really does makes the whole store look bad

17.00 for two bowls of lettuce and tomato salad I won't be back and by the way you got to cut your own tomatoes up they can't cut them up. Lazy ass kids. That's all you get when you go to these places because they want to pay minimum wage.

The 2 ladies working today at 430pm on the 17th of August had the worst attitudes they shrimped me on my steak got a half scoop for a footlong and I spent 20 on just this one sandwich. When they spoke it was either incoherent or carelessly. Do better.

It's a decent place if you're not in a hurry, which is usually the reason I go here... had to walk out several times because they had 1 person making sandwiches while 2 or more sat talking to her while doing absolutely nothing.. I'll continue to eat just cause I can see my food being made, but I'll continue to walk out every time they feel my money and / or time isn't any good there..

The male working around noon on Wednesday is way to attached to the food he's selling. Got a salad and he frowned up at everything I asked for . Barely put any lettuce in the bowl. When I asked for more he looked at me , took a minute, then added a very little more while never breaking eye contact with me. Between his sighing and frowning I started to just leave.But the salads are good. Guess he knows that and that's why he hates to part with any of it. Advice-----seek help for your separation anxiety issues.

Quick, easy, and delicious. The young ladies helping me were sweet, and efficient, and everything was more than satisfactory. It had been a long time since I'd been there; why do I ALWAYS forget about the awesomeness that is Subway?

Well at least the chips were fresh. Ordered a Steak and cheese toasted using the app. The steak and cheese had not been toasted because the cheese wasn’t even melted. And I think they confused the onions for lettuce because the sandwich, had an extreme amount of onions on it.
