12/26/25 3:10pm saw a man on the food line spill some sauce on his hairy exposing forearm. The then wiped it off his fore arms and wiped it on the the food he preparing. Disgusting!

Thank you to the night shift for making my quesarito how it’s supposed to be! I had ordered 2 this morning and it wasn’t made right. 😭 and I was sooo looking forward to eating one after so many long years of it not being on the menu and I finally did! HALLELUJAH!

To be honest I knew better first my wife's burrito was supposed to have a chicken strip and instead it got chicken fajita and then was missing the guacamole and a bunch of other stuff my steak quesadilla set my mouth on fire and had little to no steak at all and then our chicken fries we're upside down and spilled all in the bag with little to any cheese sauce that went with them I will not be back at Taco Bell honestly this was the worst bag I've ever gotten

Stop by for a quick bite on my way to the ATEEZ concert in Arlington, TX and it was great. Order came out quick, food was delish and environment was so chill.
Could not get an employee to take my order. They are switching to just machines. Asked her to take my order and was told that they do not do that anymore. I don't deal with machines.

I got 3 $7 luxe cravings boxes and 2 orders of crispy tacos. My 5 layers had cold hard tortillas, every regular taco was mostly lettuce and cheese with barley any meat, all nachos cheese cups were about a quarter of the way filled and our chalupa supremes were only half filled with anything with hard shells as well. The food might be cheap, but still not worth getting a half ass order

This place is the best ever. The Doritos local tocos are fire🔥🔥🔥 and the bean and cheese bourito. I raided the sauces stand and the workers restocked it right away. 10/10 Recommend
