Taquito Millioniario used to be our favorite Mexican restaurant when my parents lived in the area and we typically make it back a couple of times a year. Today I am sorry to say we were very disappointed. The portions on the Millionario Plate were considerably smaller, it came with only one tortilla and something less than a teaspoon of guacamole.
