Long time, Customer, who just ate at your location at 4:20 PM on Friday, January 16, 2026. Food was good as usual however, the service in the dining room was terrible.
The girl cleaning the tables never brought any extra tea and never looked up to see if anyone wanted whipped cream for over 40 minutes while she cleaned five tables.

The food and service always good at underwood’s, but today they went above and beyond in taking care of our party of 4. We arrived a little early. One of the employees quickly offered us a table in the dining room to sit and wait. Then she brought hot rolls for us to enjoy, took our drink orders, brought our drinks to us right away. Checked on us twice after that to make sure everything was good. I almost always neglect to get a name, but I hope she will see this and feel appreciated....
Sides were excellent.
Looking forward to trying other things on the menu when we return to Brownwood.
