The food was absolutely amazing. We tried several flavors and each and everyone was superb. So glad we got to eat dinner here. It was an awesome experience.

I am writing this review of my experience Sunday, July 28th at 8:121AM. I made the grave mistake of trying to eat here at the Brownwood, TX location on Saturday, July 27th at 3:12PM. The cashier who was speaking at a whisper despite being advised I couldn't her here, had to be told several time my name and my order. My food was cooked to a state of being inedible. This was a to go order that was put in a bag with no box to preserve the warmth of the food. THESE FOLK DO SEEM TO REALIZE THAT CUSTOMERS PAY YOUR BILLS .

The customer service at this location is far above anything we’ve ever experienced! Every person who entered was genuinely greeted, the server brought our food and noticed we’d need bowls to share, and got them for us, without our even asking! He came back to check on us to ensure we had no other needs. The manager came out and personally greeted and spoke with each table. The inside was spotless clean and as guest left, they quickly cleaned up the tables. Impressed is the word that comes to mind! Great job to everyone at this location, you are making an impact, and it’s a great one! Highly recommend and we’ll be back!

Currently here….not sure if this is the manager or not but he has very good customer service. He has opened doors for customers, he walked around asking customers if they needed anything. He is very helpful and friendly. This is the best wing stop I have been too.
Absolutely amazing wings. Fries were all around perfect. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The atmosphere was more calm than anything. And again food is amazing. Thank y'all for serving us well! (Edit). They gave us a bag when they didn't have to.
