Update! I ordered 20 bone in wings, Door dash, requesting well done, extra crispy. They showed up barely done and nothing crispy about them. I will never order wings from here again! I will gladly pay more from Buffalo Wild Wings and get what I ordered. Huge mistake going with this place for a little cheaper price!

I ordered pick up from DoorDash. It was a bit confusing when we walked in to pick up our order and no one addressed us for a little while or said we’ll be right with you. It was a little chaotic with workers walking past we received our order that was sitting on the to go shelf. The food was pretty good. I got the mango habanero wings and the Korean barbecue the mango habanero wings could’ve had a little more sauce. The fries were pretty good (a little soggy) Overall not too bad, but staff could be more aware of Customer Service.

The manager there is amazing and so is his employees. He runs definitely one of the best restaurants in my opinion in Brownwood Texas beats the heck out of Buffalo wild wings in Brownwood, Texas! The food there is awesome. They have great customer service. They rarely get anything wrong and if they do, they make it right, but in my opinion, this is one of the finest and best restaurants with the best staff and Brownwood Texas.
The service was good specifically Steve the manager he went above and beyond to come to the tables and make sure everyone had excellent service and a clean atmosphere he even walked food out to a ladies car for her wonderful management

An absolutely amazing experience. The staff really went above and beyond to look after us and to assist us with anything we needed. They checked up on us several times to see if everything was to our satisfaction and placed great care in their customers.
The food was absolutely amazing. We tried several flavors and each and everyone was superb. So glad we got to eat dinner here. It was an awesome experience.
