Called in an order for lunch, I was immediately put on hold. When they finally got back to me, they were very rude and interrupted me. Zero customer service. Going into the building to pick up my food, I payed and then they ask me if I got my 2 drinks. I didn’t order any drinks. They didn’t ask if I wanted my money back, they just made it clear that I now had to take it. I have been a server and worked in retail so I know how customer service works and this place really needs to work on it. Not a good experience at all but I love the food.

To start with the girl misunderstood me on my order. It was wrong it happens no big deal. The part that really pissed me off was the way it was packed in the bag. The family size ranch busted in my bag and was all over everything. I have got to have my seats in my truck cleaned. Never again for me. Stay away from this

I got on the app to place an order. The order was delivered and it was wrong. I called the restaurant and said it was wrong. I was told if I wanted it done correctly then I can come in and pick up the corrected order. I stated that I paid for delivery and it wasn't my fault the order was wrong. I was then told, " it doesn't matter, if you want the correct order, than you will have to come get it." Forever lost me as a customer. If I ever made a mistake I would want to fix it...that's good customer service!
