the last few times I have gone through the line now im not getting what I am paying for and the lines are longer now and nobody wants to turn back around and wait again especially when they are busy, but if I wanted to pay for just a regular iced coffee with just regular cream that’s what I would ask for, I normally always get a Large iced Blondie and lately it’s definitely not what I order like I said I understand it...

Old-fashioned drive through where you order and pay at the same spot. No drive through windows or menu displays. Just a single teller at the front of the line taking orders and making transactions. The line moves surprisingly fast, so don't be discouraged if you see five vehicles already in queue.
