Babe’s is such a cute place! I went here for the first time and the food and coffee are amazing, there’s plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, and the atmosphere is nice. There was 1 guy working this morning doing everything himself and service was still amazing.

I’m changing my review. When I first moved here 6 1/2 years ago it was a nice donut shop. But something changed. Especially after Covid. They never open on time. They rarely have the donuts and kolaches on display. They seem super understaffed. Customer Service has gone out the window.

These are THE BEST donuts in town. That’s all I come for, and they are scary good. I’m a first responder and we (stereotypically) have donuts a lot. I’ve had them from every other place in town that I know of, and these donuts are in a class of their own. I don’t know what it is about them, but both the dough and the icing are distinctly better than from anywhere else. Go try them out. The earlier you go, the better selection you will have.

I used to love babes. When they opened up years ago, we would go all the time. They served Austin coffee, their right display case was FILLED with all kinds of donuts and the right case with savory pastries. It was an exciting place to go and we would go with friends. This past weekend, we went around 11. I understand they close at 1, but it was a Sunday morning and it was clear the display case had never been full. The donuts are now in the small case, with a much more scarce selection, the coffee took forever to finally get (waiting around 20 minutes for my coffee order), and they straight up just did not have chairs for their tables. We had a group of 8 meeting up (with small children) and we had to sit at the 4-chair high tops because they only had low tables with no chairs at them. It wasn’t busy, they just don’t have chairs. The workers were kind and helpful, and our kids had a blast because there was so much room to run around (because they didn’t have chairs anywhere), but I honestly won’t go back it was so disappointing. Babes used to be so good and such a hot spot but it seems like they’re either not trying anymore or they’re going out of business.I will say, the kolaches were absolutely incredible. If you’re going to stop here, get that and take it to go.

Donuts are delicious. Had a bad experience today though because the girl who rang up my items rang them all up and then started grabbing things afterwards without looking at what was rang up, she seemed very disinterested. We left but found out when we got home she forgot items I paid for so I was pretty bummed. I wish she would've been more careful when bagging our stuff.

Very weird and disappointing experience here. I was in town and saw the reviews and pictures of this donut shop and I was really excited to try some specialty donuts and a crossaint sandwich. First off, the place looked closed because it was dark inside, but the open sign was on.There was one employee that we ever saw who was on the phone in the back. He came to the front, saw us, ignored us, and returned to the back. The only donuts in the case were regular glazed, chocolate covered, and some kind of cake donut. We just decided to leave since no one would even speak to us and there didn't seem to be any specialty donuts, kolaches, or sandwiches.

Babe's is great! They have a great menu with lots of options - coffees, chai, tea, lattes, tacos, breakfast sandwiches, and let's not forget some very creative gorgeous doughnuts! I had the special drink for the day - brown sugar sweet cream cold foam latte and a bacon, egg & cheese croissant sandwich. The coffee was a little sweet for me so I should have done half sweet, but so very tasty! The sandwich was hot off the grill with a fresh fried egg and crispy bacon and melty cheese, Yum! And I love the environment. It's simple and modern. The place is approachable with plenty of seating. Check it out!
