If I could give a 0, I would. Tried to get a quote for an event. They said they were available for the date I had given. I had called 3 weeks prior to said event. Erin the girl I spoke with would only give me excuses as to why she hadn't sent me a quote. From personal reasons to blaming it on the hectic holidays. Which I could understand to a point. But the last time I called her she had someone tell me she couldn't get my call because they were in the middle of a photoshoot. Left another message and to this day I haven't heard from anyone at Buppy's. Very unprofessional business.

Ok, I normally do not give reviews. But this incident was so insensitive that I must provide one. I am the Groom of a Wedding that occurred on this past Saturday, 24 February 2024 at the Brownstone Reserve. My niece had gone up to the bar and asked if she could grab a bottle of water for her Grandmother (my mother) who is over 80 years old and offered to pay for it. The lady bartender flat out told her No that they could not start service until 5:30, and proceeded to give my niece attitude about getting a bottle of water.So my niece came to me and informed me of the Situation. I therefore walked up to the Bar and pleasant asked if I could purchase a Bottle of Water for my Mother and was told by the lady bartender that my Mother was over 80 years old and could I get a bottle of water for her. The lady bartender rudely began telling me how she could not do it because they were not allowed to begin serving until 5:30.Finally after some discussion meaning me practically begging to get a bottle of water for my mother, she finally relented to giving me a bottle of water for my mother, actually I asked for two bottles of water.Now, I noticed that when I 1st walked up to the bar, there were four people back there standing around doing nothing, except laughing and joking, The vibe I received was that they were laughing at either my niece or me, or both. My first question was if the didn't start serving until 5:30 why were they there that early in the first place.My second question is, since when does any company let there employees waste time by standing there doing nothing, leaning against and sitting on the machines laughing and joking.My third question is, I paid for your company to be there and since I paid for your company to be there, then I'm sure that the clock started when they arrived. So, why was I rudely told No that I could not purchase two bottles of water, because they could not start serving until 5:30.I have plenty of witnesses that saw me and heard me go up and ask to purchase a bottle of water, whereas I was flat out and rudely told No. Therefore, I will not recommend that anyone use your service ever again. Thank you and one last question to those that were standing behind that bar that evening what if it was your 80 year old mother that needed water, jeesh people have some compassion, I hope all of your employees rmare like this. Buppy's catering & Bartending catered my wedding of 180 people expertly. The staff was friendly and patient with our wedding planning, and helped us to craft a menu that we thoroughly enjoyed and were extremely happy to share with our guests. There were several recommendations made by Buppy and the staff that helped us create a fully formed experience from cocktail hour to dinner, and being people who are hard to decide, we were unbelievably grateful for the help. The pricing is more than reasonable, and the range of products will accommodate many budgets without sacrificing quality. The company also provides a variety of services, of which we added on bussing services to avoid needing to clean up during our wedding. The bussers were an incredible addition that were absolutely worth it (if your on the fence, please please please spend the extra money for this service). The bussers were excellent and kept the venue clear of finished plates and drinks throughout our event, as task that we didn't want any of our guests to have to do.We want to write a well rounded review, and have thought of any negatives we experienced while working with Buppy's Catering & Bartending, but were not able to identify any. The experience was supreme and I will gladly recommend Buppy's to anyone requiring catering services that include excellent food, well-trained and attentive staff, and a home town feel all of us as residents of BCS crave.To Buppy and all the staff, you're incredible and my wife and I are so genuinely grateful to have found you. Thank you for the work that you do, and the excellent services that you provide.

We used them for a recent charity fundraising event and they were AMAZING! The tasting was incredible and they really put their best foot forward making us so excited for our event. And the night of, their team was on time, so kind, on top of everything and made it so easy for us! Our guests absolutely loved the food and it tasted amazing. Large catering events can be so hit or miss, but I cannot recommend Buppy's more. Cannot wait to use them again for future events!

Buppy’s Catering catered a fajita dinner for one of our son’s weddings a few days ago. We were extremely pleased with the professional attitude, appearance and service they provided. They went above and beyond the expectations we had in mind for them (or any other caterer). Upon arriving at the venue, they quickly setup the buffet tables (and polished the chafing pans!), setup the chips/salsa tables for snack time, and they graciously put out our appetizer trays. After they served all the guests via two hot buffet lines, they bussed tables. When they completed all of these tasks, they checked with us to ensure everything was taken care of, quickly packed up their pans, equipment, etc., and left the venue kitchen without a mess. We highly recommend booking Buppy’s Catering for any event, and rest assured they have a lengthy menu with many delicious options.

Excellent serious, competitive company, run by its own owners and they demonstrate experience in the quality and category of the good service they provide.

Picked Buppys to cater my wedding in October so I will update, but the tasting we had with them was amazing!! The owners actually sat down with us during the experience which was in my opinion a huge win, the food was absolutely amazing, and the people are very down to earth and ready to help with anything you need! So excited to have them on my vendor team and will be recommending them to anyone in the area!!

Buppy's is highly rated because they earn it! They recently catered and provided bartending services for my daughter's wedding reception. They did a fantastic job! Their sales and serving staff are professional, friendly, detail-oriented and attentive and the fajitas meal we chose to have them serve was excellent!
