Food was great!! Burgers were perfectly cooked and my wife ordered the mahi tacos and wanted extra mango slaw.

The atmosphere was great and they had live music outdoors! I got my dos equis out in no time at all!

Good burger, nice patio overlooking the Lake and good live music. Just note, you pay to be in the park and we had to pay a cover for the band. Turned a cheap burger night into 50 bucks a person. But it was a nice evening out.

Food was WAY overcooked. Tater tots were very salty and had a spice mixed in.

We're in town for a state cornhole tournament and came here to grab dinner, drinks, and watch the Astros vs Rangers. I called ahead of time to see if they had the game and they said they'd be happy to put it on. They also had a band playing. All kinds and ages of folks were here and the staff was so friendly with everyone. Rachel was our server and was very attentive and friendly. She always showed up at the right time. Another thing I liked was how sweet the staff was with the older patrons, so sweet and had real conversations with them. We was also very comfortable sitting outside-i was surprised how nice it felt in the heart of July. This place is a great vibe!

Great place, poor service, food and drinks definitely need some attention. Very limited options, for both drinks and food. The location is great and relaxing, great view of the lake as long as you are willing to overlook bad food and drinks and slow service.

The fries was just a little under cooked but the drinks and staff was amazing. We didn't eat dinner but the view was perfect. We will be going back and they have a beer tower and buy a souvenir cup for 11.25 get refills for 2.50. Can't beat that if you like beer.

Great group of bartenders and servers. All smiles and friendly. Wonderful view of the lake. Drinks are delish and the food is yummy. The swing bar is super cute. Just a really laid back relaxing atmosphere.

Food is not worth the price. Management needs to improve their management style to ensure ethical standards so that they can provide the best service possible to the customer. Location is cater to people passing by and people on vacation. Overall seems like quality and value can improve.

The location of this restaurant is its biggest asset—nestled by the lake, it’s a convenient stop for boaters, swimmers, and anglers. The concept is great, and the service was friendly, which added to a decent overall atmosphere.

However, the food and drinks did not match the price point. The quality of the food fell short of expectations, especially considering how high the prices were. As for the drinks, they were heavily diluted—more soda, juice, and filler than actual alcohol—yet still priced like premium cocktails.

If you decide to visit, be sure to ask questions about what you’re getting, especially when it comes to drink sizes and ingredients. While the setting and service are promising, more attention to quality and pricing would really elevate the experience.

great service, great drinks and the atmosphere is (chef's kiss) but the food ...OK. We love coming here. we have come for years while it was a different business. I love what they have updated about the place! the food just need a little more attention. everything else is wonderful!

We had a great experience at Cadillac Ranch! The atmosphere was lively and welcoming, and the food hit the spot-piping hot and fresh . What really made our visit special, though, was our server, Kiko. He was attentive, friendly, and incredibly professional. Kiko made sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed. His positive energy truly elevated our night. Highly recommend stopping by—and if you’re lucky, you’ll get Kiko as your server!

Tried coming here for my bday weekend and Mother’s Day. No one was taking a charge at the door yet. Got here around 6:50 hoping to avoid the $10 cover charge for the 4 of us. We had no problems at the bar but as soon as we got a table our waitress asked if we had a tab at the bar and if so she couldn’t serve us. Our bartender at the time explained that to us at the bar but definitely in a nicer manner. She then said it was gonna be $10 for each of us and the cover charge started at 7. So we left. I understand cover charges but maybe change it to event starting at 8 with cover charge at 7. All we read was cover charge $10 from 8-10.
