I Only recommend this place if you want to have some cocktails and appetizers. The Mahi tacos had zero flavor were overloaded w mayo and were cold when I received them and the French fries tasted like they were at least 1 day old. The seafood basket came with 2 overly fried catfish, 3 shrimp, 2 hush puppies and soggy French fries. The location was great with a beautiful view of the lake.

One star worthy for a beautiful view of the lake.$17 for 2 pieces of frozen catfish, 3 frozen shrimp, and 2 frozen hush puppies is OUTRAGEOUS.All the food was frozen and reheated. I would come back just for a beer and a view, other than that you can get better food at the gas station down the road. Extremely disappointed to say the least.The hardest worker in that kitchen is the wobbly white deep freeze.

We were there on Saturday, ordered spicy cheese curds-too spicy, loaded tater tots- pretty good, ordered drinks- they were good at first, if you order a canned drink be ready to spend-NOT CHEAP! Later we ordered burger sliders- PICTURE INCLUDED. Not worth it! Once place got busy you couldn’t get a drink and if it came it was wrong. Our friends ordered an order of loaded tots, same price but came out as a half order, why?? Ambiance is nice but I wouldn’t go back to eat. To be fair, this was our 2nd visit. Both times food was not good. Notice the meat on each bun.

Hey everyone, so I'm the new cook here and y'all should definitely come in! My experience working here so far has been amazing, it's extremely clean, the staff are amazing, and oh so friendly. We have live shows, great food, great drinks. You'll LOVE the patio, the weather is gorgeous so definitely come out and see us! Bring your family, friends, loved ones and come have a wonderful time ❤❤
Our order was not served even close to an acceptable order or time frame. Burger, without fries, ten minutes before our queso and chips. Fries with said queso and chicken and waffles fifteen minutes later.
As pics show, the name is really Cadillac Ranch Bar and Grill. Restaurant and bar are within the gates of Lake Bryan, but if you are coming out to dine or drink only, you don't have to pay an entrance fee and you can skip the line by driving around on the right (NOT the left! Tire damage!) Live music on Friday and Saturday nights out on the deck we hear, but we went on a heat wave Sunday for lunch so we heard canned 80s rock at the bar in a/c-fine by us. The $5 brunch Bloody Mary was excellent but the menu was pretty lackluster and the food came out slow. I would almost be afraid to try it on a busy weekend night. Almost, but not quite since we love live music. Plus, it would be fun to watch the sun go down over the water from the deck. The burger was decent but the Mahi Mahi on the tacos was a little tough, not light and flaky as expected. And interestingly, there was no fresh fish on the regular menu although I read somewhere else they have all-you-can-eat catfish on Fridays.For anyone at the lake hanging out anyway, this would a great venue to grab a cold drink and a quick meal.

I missed brunch but they still had nachos. These were properly loaded and quite good. The service was friendly and attentive and the patio isn't bad with the overhead fans and the lake nearby. They were super chill about me bringing my dog with me. He also liked the nachos.
