Me and my boyfriend tried Carter’s Burger for the first time a few months ago and have returned multiple times since. I, personally, love the ice cream they serve here and I like how the booths give a sense of privacy because of how enclosed they are. The restaurant has always been clean every time that i visited and I always enjoy my food. I eat my burgers pretty plain (only cheese + lettuce) so mine are easy to make, but my boyfriend is a little less picky than me. Therefore, he’s tried several different menu items that I haven’t. He did NOT like the Jalapeño Cream Cheese Burger, but he does like the Cowboy Burger. I’m really glad I decided to try this place, it wont disappoint!

They’re good is good and fries are great but they have a habit of forgetting things to put on your burger ;/ especially if you go through the drive thru.

I did like going here until I tried to pick up dinner and got in the drive through line at 8:25PM on a Sunday and a worker came out of the restaurant to take out the trash will pointing to a handheld closed sign to the people in line. If you are going to close earlier than the posted close time of 9PM please adjust your hours online so that I don’t waste my time trying to support local and get my dinner here. I will not be coming here anymore.

We usually have a better time for our post/or sometimes pre grocery lunch between my grandpa and I. But 3x now I've asked for the same thing mushroom Swiss burger and bacon and jalapeño.... and all 3 times something is missing ..... cheese. Mushys. Bacon!! Or jalapeño... so I have to go up there and ask for them on the side, but im thinking that if you pay 35 for two meals with drinks tax and a measly tip you should at least have your food come out right the first time... Also we always go in when it's in-between lunch and dinner usually a wednesday or Friday. ...... o the r then that the staff is polite and the air conditioning makes it Antarctica inside the store.

Hello I have never had this experience before at Carters Burgers l. I wanted an ice cream waffle cone with Chocolate and Vanilla the young lady Clara short blonde lady waited on me in drive through. I ask what time they closed she stated 10pm Well she came to the window rusty and hades the cone out the window I AM SORRY WE ARE OUT OF VANILLA I just noticed we were out! I then told her I wanted vanilla and chocolate oh she said u don’t want it?? I said that’s not what I ordered and No I do t want it. Clara then got a additide took the cone back I was trying to tell her always ask the customer if it’s ok NOT JUST GIVE THEM WHAT YOU WANT WHEN THE CUSTOMER HAVE PAID YOU FOR WHAT THEY ASKED. She shut the window on me while I was talking upset THIS WAS VERY RUDE BEHAVIOR. Made she was tried and ready to go home I don’t know. But don’t appreciate being treated like this. I would like to hear from the store manger please😡😡😡

We figured any burger place right next to a Whataburger must be pretty good, so we tried Carter's Burger. Hypothesis confirmed! My Bacon Burger with American Cheese was quite enjoyable, and the seasoned fries were good without a condiment. The price for our combo meals was reasonable. My only nitpick is the cryptic receipt: one item is "Regular: $4.00", and I can't figure out what that was.
