Waited a long time to be seated, long time for someone take our order, long time to get food. And it was not busy at all. Waitress was rude. I had to order three different drinks before settling for water because the Coke, Dr Pepper, and sweet tea tasted old. I was very nice when asking for a new drink and instead of an apology or someone offering to get us a new drink and see what’s going wrong I received a shoulder shrug and oh well it’s Coke, or an eye roll. Us and others around us would order just to be told they were out of something. Feel like if you’re out of a certain food or drink you should let your customers know before they order. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt from the last time we were there (which was a bad experience) but seems like they’re only getting worse even with new management. There was an older man working there with a ball cap and mustache. Don’t know if he was a bus boy or what but he was extremely nice and he’s the only person that made us feel welcomed.
We have been there several times. This will be the last. The service was terrible. The only thing worse was the food. The chips tasted store bought and the tortillas were dry and my shrimp tacos were dry and over cooked. Most didn’t finish eating their meals and said their food was ok at best and had no flavor.
We left happy and deeply satisfied.
I hate leaving bad reviews for local places. First, it is bad management to have one server for an entire restaurant at noon. Secondly, adverts say 3.99 margaritas all day AND 3.99 margaritas only from 5-8 on Thursdays. Mine was 8 bucks for a margarita that was seriously mayyyybe 2 Oz of liquid and the rest ice. Didn't even have the heart to correct the check as our server was working incredibly hard. Finally, the wait. It took us over 5 mins to even see a server, 15 to get seated and a full hour before they asked us to order food and we told the server to just give us our check for our two margaritas. The table behind us and ourselves both told the server that she needed help on the floor and it was really unfair to her. Anyway, writing this more for the owners/managers because it was an incredibly bleak experience and I hope that server leaves and can make a living elsewhere. I had high hopes after the sale of the restaurant, but wow.
We waited about 5 min before being acknowledged. Had to seat ourselves. The only one that did a great job was the old man as a host to bring us chips and menus. We finished the chips never got asked for drinks. Asked the waitress if someone was going to serve us. She totally ignored us and walked off. Still have them a few more minutes nothing or anyone so we had to walk out my children where hungry.
Ordered a senior plate during lunch it was horrible and cost 15.00 for lunch.
Not customer friendly especially if noon workers are getting off.
We tried this place again since new ownership, food was the same good! Service needs a little work.

Went here last Friday, and probably the worst restaurant I've been to. I got food poisoning from the fajita chicken on the nachos. I threw up all night and I am extremely disappointed. The cheese was gross and sticky and the restaurant itself was not clean. I'm sure other people that ate there that night got sick. The group of people I went with will never return and we will make sure to warn people before going!

I really like this place, and it is not the first time I've visited. Their food is very good traditional Mexican fare, and plentiful, and the service and facilities are fine. And to make things better, their prices are very reasonable; their lunch menu items are around $9 each. It is a family-owned and family friendly place ❤

The slowest restaurant I have ever been too. I would never recommend this place to anyone unless you want poor service and bland food.
