Zack is the Mgr this evening. He smiled with sincerity. He is very professional, kind and respectful.
He even made a fresh cup of coffee for me. Very considerate.
The bathrooms were clean, had supplies and warm water @the sink.
I appreciate his attention to detail.

Great place to eat
This location does not care about DoorDash drivers I told the lady my order didn’t have a name can she look at it and see what was going on she kept calling out a order with a name that was in fact mine

we went thru the drive thru and met a nice lady named Janiya! she was super funny and friendly and probably gave us the best experience at chikfil- that we’ve had since moving to cstat! definitely come here lol we loved Janiya we will definitely be looking for her next time we visit :)

Went here for dinner asked for a chicken sandwich cut in half and was told at the window they would not do it. I have been to many other stores that have done it. Then said they would put a knife in the bag and didnt even do that

Team Members were friendly but the restaurant was dirty. Also the seat-backs in the booths are either filthy or need replacing.

It’s not often that I take the time to even leave a review anywhere unless I feel like the service was exceptional or the service was extremely terrible. Unfortunately, for the Briarcrest Chick-fil-A, this is gonna be the latter case scenario. The quality at this location has gone downhill significantly over the past couple of years but more recently I would say in the past year. Longer wait times, employees that grow increasingly more disgruntled by the day…I am not sure who is running this location or who took it over but something’s gotta change. When I picked up my food from the drive-through line tonight, the woman working the window literally did not even make eye contact with me. She did not address me at all. She just handed me my food and went back to whatever she was doing. I understand that Chick-fil-A is usually very busy but one of the founding principles of the company and the thing that most customers return over and over for is the exceptional service that they always know they will receive at any Chick-fil-A location. Sadly, this was not the case tonight it hasn’t been for most of the times that I’ve visited this specific location. I hope that they are reviewing their surveys of late and are taking notes bc yikes

Probably the best fast food in terms of value, quality, and service. The grilled nuggets and other grilled items, and the milkshakes, are the best around. The biggest problem with the one in Bryan, TX is they are incompetent. They forgot the fruit cup and both Avocado Ranch dressings for our salads. Most importantly, they failed to give me DIET DR. PEPPER, instead gave me regular Coke. I didn't realize the Coke was regular until my blood sugar soared so that I had to take more insulin. We ordered in the drive through, and didn't want to drive all the way back to get the order fixed. The person at the window was also rude. So unacceptable.

Absolute disgrace to chick fil a. We got in the drive through and about 5 minutes in realized it was a mistake but we were already trapped in at that point. We got to the menu nobody spoke through the speaker so we pulled up to a lady with an iPad who thankfully took our order even though she wasn’t supposed to. All we got were two milkshakes. At 25 minutes we finally got to the window at which point we realized they hadn’t even started on our order. They fixed one shake then asked us to pull out to the parking lot. After 8-10 more cars went though the drive through I finally walked back to the window and a different lady helped and said she would make my shake. There were jumbled up orders just piled up at the window. When she finally brought my shake she gave me a handful of vouchers for French fries, I guess that was supposed to make up for a 35-40 minute wait for 2 shakes.

Grim. Gave us incorrect items, including two drinks not given that we paid extra for. The fries are disgusting, they have a gritty horrible texture now that is absolutely inedible. Contacted them and was sent a voucher to buy more terrible food. No thanks.
