I ordered 2 2pc Texas feast for 3.99 comes with a biscuit and a jalapeno I told Stephanie I didn’t want the biscuits so she charged me 4.39 each I asked for a extra jalapeno and a medium Dr Pepper I asked the blonde lady why was it so much she asked Stephanie why she charged me 4.39 she said because I didn’t want the biscuits I got my food and I asked did I get my jalapeños the blonde lady told her to go get me another one so I should have gotten 3 but got only 2 I called to talk to the manager and the boy said I can tell him so I was telling him and I guess the manager asked what it was about and he said over some jalapenos like it was nothing no my order was wrong and over charged

If I could give this place a zero I would. I ordered a 12 piece meal for my family. The meal included chicken, biscuits, fries, and mashed potatoes. I did not get the mashed potatoes, the fries were small and would not even feed one person, the chicken was old, and the biscuits were thrown in a bag. You also get a choice of white meat, dark meat, or mixed, I asked for mixed and I was told “we don’t have that”. Normally check my food, but this time I did not, should have checked. I called the restaurant 16 times and they would not answer the phone. I am turning this location into corporate, I am sending them pictures as well. HONESTLY, this place needs management that cares who closed down.

Ordered the 2 piece feast spicy . As soon as I swallowed the chicken I started to vomit violently. Never again I thought I was dying . Food poisoning my stomach was in knots . This is only location left in BCS and it's straight trash now . The older folks who was in the location always made sure the food was fresh.

I love Church’s Chicken, but this experience was unbelievable. I ordered through the app on November 25 for delivery, but the order was switched to pickup. I had no ride to go get it, so I asked if they could help me and change it back to delivery. The lady told me no and offered zero solutions.I spent the entire next day calling the store with no answer. I couldn’t even enjoy my Thanksgiving because I was trying to figure out why this happened and how to get my money back. I called again today, November 28, and once again nobody answered until I finally got the manager, Tiffany, on the phone. Even then, she told me there was nothing she could do and basically said I wasn’t getting a refund even though I never received my food at all. This is unacceptable. They took my money, didn’t give me my food, ignored my calls for days, refused to help, and still wouldn’t refund me. If it happened to me, I know it’s happening to others. I love Church’s Chicken, but this location has really let me down. I honestly wish I could give 0 stars.

This place is so unprofessional food is raw most of the time,I do videos where I rate food in Texas and omg place looks olds food is raw sometimes, the chicken smells spoiled when you bite into just very disgusting,very rude workers when i try to ask for the head of the people work there they also say he’s never there.

Well I've lived and eaten at this particular churches chicken for years but to be honest I don't know what happened and who's running this place my wife and I went there today and ordered through the drive through and the guy act like he couldn't hear me and told me to just pull to the window with an attitude we ordered food and the chicken wasn't hot at all and asked for honey got home and there was no honey in the bag instead it was ketchup and to top it all off my wife ordered an apple pie and got home with it and there was no icing on it man I tell you this place has gone way down over the years I'm very surprised this churches chicken is still open for business and to top it all off we were told to pull out the drive through and pull to the side and wait on our food for over 15 minutes witch is very ridiculous
