My son complained that the food served was cold. I tried it and it definitely was. Also found a piece of hair in my chow mein. Terrible experience

I enjoy the food from this Panda Express, but the people in the drive through need to spend a little less time socializing. I had to correct the woman in the drive through three times about my order because every time she turned away from me she went back to chatting with her coworkers. She didn't give me any straws, she gave me the wrong sauces, and I had to ask for napkins. Somewhat disappointed with the short attention span to the person you are serving in the drive through for about 2 minutes max.

We come here all the time whenever we crave for quick Americanized Chinese fast food. We actually enjoy every entree especially the famous orange chicken. Tonight and another recent night, we're there around 830pm-9pm and they don't close until 1030pm. Majority of their food is gone and no one bothers to even cook them. The staff told me they'll make it as people order them, but there's a long line forming in the drive thru and inside. All they had were rangoons, egg rolls, rice, noodles, orange chicken, and kung pao chicken. All their bowls for the other entrees were empty and burnt at the bottom. They said I can wait 5-7 minutes, but there's a line, so why not fill up the plates so those that have to go, can just get their food and go?! I even told an employee that and she said that's how they do it there, but I've never seen it like that before. Trash... Staff are friendly and fast as usual, but not the best proactive service when it comes to fast food, at least, for tonight. Parking lot is large, lots of dining tables, and they have a drive thru for quick convenience.

This is one of my go to spots to get food after class. My food is always amazing the service is quick and easy. Highly recommend!

On my way to the Local, missed my exit actually didn't mean to turn in, but I'm glad I did. Teenager who was eating with family opened the door for me-I'm on crutches, and it was a nice surprise. The bathroom was spotless.Kore got my food, with a smile and everything was so fresh and exactly what I wanted....even though I didn't know it. He also automatically carried my tray for me. (I could have carried it once I put one of my crutches down, but it was so appreciated.) he was also going to get my drink for me-I didn't know what I wanted, i was able to get it without any problem.With where I'm sitting I'm able to see people automatically cleaning between customers. All of the other customers were given the same quality service I received (everyone has been getting to go).With the different locations in bcs this one was also the easiest one to park at. Of course it's the furthest from my house.I'll be back

I go here at least once a week if not every other week after class if I'm too busy or too tired to cook. I've only used the drivethru, but the staff is always friendly, and the food is always on point. Proportions are always good and the food is always hot. Great team they have at this location

Today Panda Express had their sizzling shrimp on the menu so I ordered it using their app and pay approximately $34 for the entire meal when I got to the store they told me that the sizzling shrimp would not be available until tomorrow so I'm sitting there wondering what the hell did I just pay for then. The manager at first refused to refund my money she basically said that it was between me and my bank which is stupid since my bank has nothing to do with it. Finally after insisting she did refund the money of course I have to wait a few days to get my $34 back. Perhaps the people that operate Panda Express would check their mobile app to make sure that all the items that appear are actually available

They sent me a coupon in the mail specifically for THIS Panda Express location online or in store. The website wouldn't except the coupon so I called the location. They said "I don't know why it isn't working. It would be more convenient for us if you just brought the coupon to us and then we could use it. I'm done with this location if not Panda all together.

I'm giving this location a higher rating due to the service level and professionalism of the new manager. I had a bad experience the first time I came in. Fast forward 5 months later, thought I'd try them again. Had another unfriendly experience, however, the manager assured she'd address the situation that her staff are trained properly. She was kind, friendly, and acknowledged what happened was not customer service friendly and apologized. Food was better than the first time! Thank you for taking my call and your professionalism!

Love love love Panda Express! Thank you guys for operating near my house. I feel like the meats could be cooked in smaller batches ensuring 100% freshness guaranteed at all times. It's a sad day when the meats aren't top quality. Other than that, it's all good here! Thanks Panda!

We LOVE Panda Express!!!But, today was NOT good...We ordered:1. Beijing Beef-it was like trying to chew beef jerky, so disappointed as this is usually my favorite.2. String Bean Chicken-the chicken was ok but the green beans were black and mushy3. Orange Chicken-instead of fresh and a little crunchy it was mushy...The egg rolls were good.The rangoons were old.SO disappointed today!

Don't waste your time. They shorted us on our order. We found out about it after we drove 10 minutes to the office. Called them up to tell them & they said "we'll fix you up swing by".So when my wife was in their neighborhood again to pick our son up from school. She stopped by to get the rest of our order. It was well overcooked. Crummy service.
