Unfortunately, my recent experience with Cracker Barrel DoorDash left much to be desired. Despite being a loyal customer for years, my order arrived with missing items. When I reached out to the Dash driver, I was informed that the staff at the restaurant was responsible for the oversight. Although DoorDash promptly issued a refund, I decided to give the restaurant another chance and reordered while calling to ensure the completeness of my order. However, the conversation with the manager was disappointing. Their unprofessional demeanor and reluctance to take responsibility for the mistake left me disheartened. As a customer, I expected better service and communication. This will regrettably be my last order.

I hadn't been to Cracker Barrel in awhile because the last time I was there it wasn't very good. This time the food was excellent! It was hot and very tasty..Parking: It's only hard to find parking during high peak hours.Kid-friendliness: They have a wonderful kids menu.

Our waiter was very good, but a bit overwhelmed with lack of help.We waited too long, about 5 minutes, before anyone came to the host stand. With two employees talking behind the checkout counter.This was at 3:00pm, there were 5 other tables being served at the time.As always the food was good and served at proper temperature.
