I placed my order and I was asked to park I didn’t mind that ,but after waiting 30 minutes I drove back through the drive thru my order was supposedly ready when I got home my order was wrong nasty and cold I took it back to the store for a refund the manager was very rude and her attitude was just as cold as the food

I paid for a kid's mail but I ended up paying for something that wasn't a kid's meal . I asked for only ketchup on the kid's meal and confirmed that it was only gonna be ketchup on the kids meal.still come out with mustard and pickle . And the charged me for kids ice cream we never received. asked for a small blizzard only got a half of cup.

This is the second time I’ve gotten a s’mores blizzard and added brownie and there was absolutely no brownie in it. I pay extra for it. Very disappointing.
ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND EATING HERE!!! I had gotten a burger from them first off they made the burger wrong I said okay fine I’ll eat it anyways I’m busy right now I get half way in my burger and there was hair I called the store and the employees bounced the phone around to each other while I asked for the manager then one employee finally asked what I needed I proceed to tell her I need the manager she claimed it was her and once I told her my problem I heard her in the back ground yelling “they talking about they found hair in the food” then the actual manager finally comes to the phone and says come back and you can get a free burger like what makes you think I wanna eat there again after I just found hair

Been there 2 different times and both times have been a disaster they mess up and give your food to someone else and the staff acts like it's your fault . So they will never be seeing me again

I went in there on a Friday evening. I expected it to be busy. Only four people were eating. A total of eight people, including myself, waited in line so that we could order inside. Meanwhile, a line of cars wrapped around the outside for the drive-through. Two employees were in the kitchen, taking the orders. One employee was waiting on the long line of cars in the drive-through. The only other two employees were out in the front parking lot changing the sign. The sign is manual, mind you. People in line remarked about The two guys changing the sign instead of inside, waiting on the long line of customers. A man eating a taco at one of the tables told us that it took him 30 minutes just to get a taco. I decided that, once again, this has happened before, I had made a mistake. So, I went down Texas Avenue to the other Dairy Queen, the one beside William Joel O'Brien. I'm telling you, in a nutshell, that Highway 21 Dairy Queen, their service is the worst I've ever seen. I'm only giving them one star for atmosphere, and that's only because I got a kick out of the people in line talking about how the two guys were changing the sign and how that was more important than waiting on the people inside.It's going to be a good while before I work up the nerve to go back to that place again. I'll just go to the one on Texas Avenue.
