Worst DQ I’ve ever been too. Consistently terrible ice cream in the evenings. Workers are extremely slow and sometimes don’t answer the drive thru. Final straw was i was handed a dipped cone and it melted and fell apart straight away after we pulled away.

Ordered a large sundae and medium blizzard, after a 20 minute wait, arrived at the window and was underserved on the sundae, upon asking for more ice cream was told “what do you want me to do about it” Horrible service.

First time in probably over 15 years and last time. Place was filthy and service painfully slow. People came in and left as more attention was being paid to drive through. Overall food was OVER priced and average at best. Waste of time and money. Steer clear! Not worth it at all. Sorry I wasted my hard earned money on this mess of food.

I was hesitant to try another Dairy Queen after a terrible experience at the Texas Avenue location where the service was poor and they didn’t even have gravy available — I would have rated that visit a 1 out of 10.
However, Dairy Queen on Villa Maria completely changed my perspective. The food here was fresh, hot, and exactly what you expect from Dairy Queen at its best. The service was polite, welcoming, and professional from start to finish. This location truly went above and beyond to provide a great dining experience.
I can honestly say this has been the best service I’ve received at a Dairy Queen, and I will definitely be back. Highly recommend this location!

I have been to this Dairy Queen several times between Home and Work. Although I've never been in the dining area, the drive-through never disappoints. A couple of times I've had to pull forward just because it takes time to make food good and right! The drive-through window workers are always so kind and accommodating with a smile. The food always comes as requested, and this is by far one of the better Dairy Queen's I've been to. I used to work at a Dairy Queen many many years ago and it's great to see that Southern hospitality is not wrecked over the years!
