Went in today to get me and my son some dipped cones but never got them because the staff was rude they made me wait 15 to 20 min to then proceed to come ask me with an attitude what I was even waiting on still which was literally only 2 cones I will never step back in this establishment because after I asked for my money back the staff in the kitchen was trying to patronize me for telling them no one should have to wait 20min for 2 cones

We have been going to this DQ for a number of years now but have not have an experience worthy of a review--we usually go for the ice cream or an occasional burger or taco combo. But on a lark we went tonight to try DQ's new "Jammin' Bacon Hungr Buster." We thought this burger was excellent and well beyond standard DQ fair. And it seemed like the two line chefs, Devin and Jaleel (hope I spelled those names right) really put some effort into making and presenting these burgers!

There was a large white man (I assumed to be their boss) yelling at all of the workers about how "dirty" the store was. He looked like he was 1 second away at all times from saying a slur. I overheard that his name was Don. Everyone else was very friendly despite this fact.

The order was off by quite a bit, I would've been okay if a thing or two was missed on the order but the entire burger was wrong. I order a jalito burger and all I got was a standard dry burger with lettuce and tomatoes. I had to go back into the store for the extra gravy I paid for (at the time I didn't realize the burger was wrong), I would've been pretty understanding if it was busy but there were only 2 cars in line (me and the customer behind me). The gentleman was also snappy when taking my order.
