The order was off by quite a bit, I would've been okay if a thing or two was missed on the order but the entire burger was wrong. I order a jalito burger and all I got was a standard dry burger with lettuce and tomatoes. I had to go back into the store for the extra gravy I paid for (at the time I didn't realize the burger was wrong), I would've been pretty understanding if it was busy but there were only 2 cars in line (me and the customer behind me). The gentleman was also snappy when taking my order.

I went to pick up an order I made through the app. And chose curbside pickup, let the store know I arrived through the app. I waited over 40 minutes before I went in to ask about my order. It was already prepared and just sitting on the counter, I was never approached by anyone about my order but was rudely told by the manager that they were not allowed to go outside for app. Orders that customers had to go inside to get the order. Why have a curbside if you have to get out and get it yourself. Was told my order was remade but to my surprise when I arrived home it was soggy and just heated up in a microwave or something. I called the store and the manager offered to remake the order that was supposedly remade so I went back and when I told the manager my drink was watery and could I have it replaced as well I was handed an empty cup and was told to do it myself. Unbelievable!!

Good unseasoned burger. I would say great if the meat was seasoned so I would taste what I was eating and not just eating a meat. I think one of the best fries in bryan/ college station. They're soft and seasoned and I love it like that. I think the food is pricey though.Parking: Spacious parking lot.
