Shout out to Dustin, the general manager and the employees at the William J Bryan location in Bryan, Texas for all of their hard work and dedication to the community. The staff at this location went above and beyond!!! The pizza tasted great, but the feeling that I got in my heart when I was able to Share my story and hear the story of the employees that worked there was even better.

Went for the first time today. Awesome experience. Even though they were pretty busy, the guy cooking the pizzas greeted me with a smile and apologized to me for the wait. Which I came in to order and didn't online. Even then the wait was not long. Great team they have in there! And the freaking pizza was delicious!!!!!!! UPDATE : Went again today. Pizza was under cooked. Oct.10th 5:30pm. I thoroughly did not enjoy the pizza this 3rd time I ordered. If you want a good pizza then go when the ( im not being mean when I say this) guy with a crooked eye is cooking the pizzas!!!! He is totally awesome! Very corteuos and makes on hell of a delicious pizza!!

Ordered Friday night I believe for Delivery. We were all out in back yard and I got a message that the delivery driver tried to drop off but no one had answered the door so he took it back to store and we needed to come pick it up. My daughter was the only one inside and she said she never heard a knock or the doorbell. We went to get the food and they only offered to cancel and charge us in store or give us a two liter. I didn’t have time to cancel and repay again! So we just took a soda which isn’t even equivalent to what i was charged for delivery + tip. Later we found via our Ring doorbell that the delivery driver never even came! No one had attempted to drop off our food but they lied and said they did but even if they had tried to deliver it and no one came to the door why wouldn’t they just leave the food. I paid for the food and delivery! I shouldn’t have to come pick up my food from the store!

The chicken Alfredo barely has sauce it's very dry, I knew better to order this again, when the last time it wasn't good. Lesson learned 🥴

Ordered a pizza with Feta, mushrooms and Jalapeño, only got the mushrooms and Jalapeño and when I called back to tell them, they lied and said they had put it on, just underneath the sauce, but no it definitely was not

just ordered delivery, and im very happy with my order. i made a mistake, but the woman who answered the phone was communicative and helpful. i was still able to receive my order and it was super quick, too. i appreciate it alot. i wish i had more money to tip, i would.

I order the $19.99 pizza deal for 6:15 pick up. I ordered before 5 pm. I get the store to pick it up and told it would be about 10 more minutes. I asked if I waited out front, if somebody could bring it to me. I got told no, I would have to pull around to the window. I waited 15 minutes and got told it was just put in the oven. I asked if there was a coupon or something for my trouble to use another time. The young man went and got someone named Amanda. She was very rude. She said it would be about 20 more minutes. So, now I am expected to wait in my car for 30-45 minutes extra. She said that they cannot guarantee timed orders, no matter when you order. I asked to cancel my order, and with an attitude she said cancel that order she doesn't want to wait. No, I needed to eat due to medicine issues. When I tried asking a question, she shut the door on my face and walked off. Good thing there are other pizza places nearby for the next time I want a pizza.

Placed the same order 3 times and each time they forget how to make the pizza even on the last time I called them to remind them and still messed my order up

That pizza was overcooked and dry worst pizza I ever ate
