The three stars has nothing to do with the employees at the store, they are working so hard. They are seriously understaffed though. I came back because two of my pizzas were wrong (not a big deal at all, they were happy to correct it, and did so in a very timely manner). I don’t know if it is a GM problem, or a dominos problem, but this location definitely needs more employees. My heart out to employees working today, March 23rd 2024 around Noon, central time. I didn’t catch their names, but they definitely need a raise.

We ordered a large specialty pizza, large 2 topping pizza, (both with extra cheese) and the bacon jalapeño bread and had one of the worst experiences. Food was burned (cheese bread), barely any cheese let alone extra cheese on the pizzas. The quality was awful and the food wasn’t edible. Reached out to their customer service and supposedly the store was supposed to get back with us. Never heard back. Definitely not worth the $50.00.

Lied about delivery. App showed complete. Never delivered had to called in Called three times finally got manager he said the app automatically says delivered. I said well why didn't he call ask for directions etc. Oh its the app not the driver or this manager. Delivered 2 hours later guy act like we where the problem. Guess honestly isn't there strong suit....

Paid for my pizza thru paypal & they wanted me to pay again. I refused bc I had the receipt on the app & on paypal. They refused to give me the pizza. No more dominoes for me ever!!

The pizzas are usually correct but they cheat the Pizza Tracker system so bad. They just mark it as delivered 5-10 mins before they actually bring it out to the car.
