Did an online order for pickup at the store and was sent an email confirmation with no eta or when to arrive at the store. I decided to give it 20mins and stopped by. Paid at the counter and then was told to have a seat and they’d let me know when it was ready. I checked in with the girl at the counter 3 different times asking how much longer and was just told “they’re working on it”. Finally after waiting over an hour and a half I asked them to refund my order. When the guy asked for my name, he said “we don’t have any orders for you”. I show my email order with the confirmation number and was told they can’t refund it. Then he runs to the back to get the manager and goes “oh your order is right here… it’s been sitting here the whole time”. So by the time I got home we had 2hr old pizza and a ruined evening without even an apology. Unacceptable customer service, especially since I asked for them to check multiple times and they clearly never did.

Stopped by Double Dave’s Pizza and tried the pepperoni rolls — they were so delicious! Perfectly baked, full of flavor, and definitely worth the trip. I haven’t tried the pizza yet, but I’ll be doing a separate review on that once I do. If the pizza rolls are any indication, I’m sure it’ll be just as good!

The absolute BEST pizza rolls in the entire world! Guys! This place has NOT slipped one iota and it needs your support. This is exactly how great places are forced to close; we assume they’ll always be around….but they won’t! YOU LOCALS NEED TO INCREASE YOUR FREQUENCY OR Double Dave’s will just be another restaurant cautionary tale. I can’t speak to their pizza…but their pizza rolls matched with that unique Ranch dressing are AMAZING! Staff was exactly what you’d expect in B/CS; very friendly and über quick.

Ordered pizza, showed up 18 minutes later. I was told 5 more minutes. Not a problem, seemed busy. After waiting, I was told, the oven guy put your pizza on the buffet, they have to remake your pizza. I'm annoyed but mistakes happen. I finally get my order after 30 minutes, drive 20 minutes home and I have one ranch for a large pizza and a dozen pizza rolls. At this point, I'm mad. I call to get a credit of some sort and the manager said "I can give you 2 free ranches". But I was already missing one so I was really getting 1 free ranch. 75 cents.

Always make sure I stop by when I am in town.

Will never come back to eat here again mangers are rude and disrespectful I asked for fresh pizza rolls they was cold as hell I’m very disappointed in them they will never see me order from them again the workers in the back was laughing and making dog sounds like something was funny I felt ashamed to order from them never again

My mobile order was given to another customer. Staff poorly communicated what happened & they would have to remake the order.

Absolutely awful experience. My veggie pizza (ordered with no cheese) showed up covered in cheese, and my “deep dish” pizza came as thin crust. The order was 30 minutes late, and when I called I was told nothing could be done because it was a web order. To make matters worse, the delivery driver spent a couple of minutes digging in his rear end on my driveway before bringing the pizzas to my door all caught on my security camera. Between the wrong food, the delay, the lack of accountability, and the driver’s disgusting behavior, this was beyond unacceptable.

Very friendly staff. Preordered a couple dozen to take home after dropping a kiddo off at A&M. Kids at home thrilled with the pizza rolls. Never disappoint…
