Ordered pizza, showed up 18 minutes later. I was told 5 more minutes. Not a problem, seemed busy. After waiting, I was told, the oven guy put your pizza on the buffet, they have to remake your pizza. I'm annoyed but mistakes happen. I finally get my order after 30 minutes, drive 20 minutes home and I have one ranch for a large pizza and a dozen pizza rolls. At this point, I'm mad. I call to get a credit of some sort and the manager said "I can give you 2 free ranches". But I was already missing one so I was really getting 1 free ranch. 75 cents.

My mobile order was given to another customer. Staff poorly communicated what happened & they would have to remake the order.

Absolutely awful experience. My veggie pizza (ordered with no cheese) showed up covered in cheese, and my “deep dish” pizza came as thin crust. The order was 30 minutes late, and when I called I was told nothing could be done because it was a web order. To make matters worse, the delivery driver spent a couple of minutes digging in his rear end on my driveway before bringing the pizzas to my door all caught on my security camera. Between the wrong food, the delay, the lack of accountability, and the driver’s disgusting behavior, this was beyond unacceptable.

Very friendly staff. Preordered a couple dozen to take home after dropping a kiddo off at A&M. Kids at home thrilled with the pizza rolls. Never disappoint…

Amazing pizza rolls and friendly service!

It's Saturday and came up for lunch to eat their buffet. Turns out the only have buffet on Wednesday night and it's apparently been that way since covid. We're about to be in 2025. Get it together double daves

Only does buffet on Wednesdays. They can't keep up with the buffet. Seems like pepperoni or pepperoni and jalapeño is all they can think of.

Tried to order off the menu on a Sunday night. Wife wanted 9 ingredients, that is if you count the sauce and the cheese. Other ingredients were basically seasonings: garlic and oregano. I was happy to pay extra. They refused to make a pizza with over 5 ingredients.

I have been eating at DD Pizza since the early 90s. This was probably my last visit. Heading to Jack in Box. They will make it the way we want it.
