It's Saturday and came up for lunch to eat their buffet. Turns out the only have buffet on Wednesday night and it's apparently been that way since covid. We're about to be in 2025. Get it together double daves

Only does buffet on Wednesdays. They can't keep up with the buffet. Seems like pepperoni or pepperoni and jalapeño is all they can think of.
Tried to order off the menu on a Sunday night. Wife wanted 9 ingredients, that is if you count the sauce and the cheese. Other ingredients were basically seasonings: garlic and oregano. I was happy to pay extra. They refused to make a pizza with over 5 ingredients.
I have been eating at DD Pizza since the early 90s. This was probably my last visit. Heading to Jack in Box. They will make it the way we want it.

I can't get doubledaves delivered since the Texas avenue location closed, but the deep dish at this location is about as good as doubledaves can get.

Online ordering was not working, Phone in order and was hit with a 7.00 up charge for Alfredo sauce over red sauce. And pizza was cold. Bye bye double Dave’s. Time to find a new pizza place.

I love Double Dave's and wish I had it in Arlington. The pizza rolls were fresh and not greasy. For my lunch it was $6. Shay was very helpful at the counter, the restaurant was spotless and a nice place to sit a bit for lunch.
