I don’t usually give low ratings, but I had to speak up about some of the experiences I’ve had at this specific Dutch Bros. First off, the staff is great, I want to compliment them for being so kind and lively. My issue with this specific location is the wait time. The last three times I’ve come, I’ve had to wait waaaayyyyy too long. Today, there was only 2 other cars ahead of me, and I waited a while. Definitely longer than normal. The last time I went, I actually got skipped in line and had to order at the window. I don’t know if they’re understaffed or just have a bad manager, but something really needs to change. This is not like Dutch bros to operate this way.

Nicest staff! Always friendly and happy to help you. The manager Ainsley is wonderful. Coffee orders are always perfect and delicious! Love that they have oat milk as an option. Wish we had one closer to where we live!

My husband and I wanted to try something new for coffee other then Starbucks when we were on a road trip with the kids and we had heard about Dutch Bros but never been. The lady who took our order was very sweet and knowledgeable giving us all kinds of options and taking her time with us since it was our first time to this establishment. After we ordered, the employees at the window were polite and even wiped our cups to get any dripping off so the cups were clean when they gave them to us. There was so much to choose from lots of options for iced, blended, or hot. I ended up getting the blended chai frap white zombie style and my husband got the i think the double torture with Carmel and the kiddos got vanilla shakes. The drinks were AMAZING! This was perfect side stop place for a refreshing drink and the prices were so reasonable compared to Starbucks. Definitely prefer this coffee place to Starbucks for drinks and will be going to the one in Houston.

The rudest Dutch bro employee I’ve ever met is at this location. I ordered a drink through the app at 8:30 this morning. I went to the window and the barista told me it’d be just a few minutes. I sat down to wait for my drink. At 8:54 I was still waiting. Another barista sat a drink down and said it was a pick up order but she guessed the person wasn’t here yet. The drink was the same as mine and I had been waiting an extremely long time, so I asked her “hey is this order for me?” And told her my name. She said “umm I guess but you didn’t exactly wait like everyone else” I waited for over TWENTY MINUTES for one drink. Also, all of the people ahead of me in line had gotten their orders and left already so I had no reason to believe that it wasn’t possibly my drink. I was fine with the wait, I didn’t complain. But the barista attacking me for asking if the drink was mine was INSANE. Like if it’s not mine then just say that. How am I supposed to know?? Anyway, steer clear of this location unless you want to be berated by the blonde female barista here.

Definitely my least favorite Dutch Bros. They can’t keep track of the cars, the coffee never tastes the same as others, my drinks often come out messy. Unfortunately this is the one we have to use on our way out of town. I wish it was better.

Employees were taking orders outside . I had been in line waiting to give my order. Come to find out it doesn’t matter if you have been there waiting they take orders upon how they choose. What really had me furious was the fact I had been in drive thru for 35 mins. I wish I could have reversed and leave but there was a vehicle behind me.
