My husband and I wanted to try something new for coffee other then Starbucks when we were on a road trip with the kids and we had heard about Dutch Bros but never been. The lady who took our order was very sweet and knowledgeable giving us all kinds of options and taking her time with us since it was our first time to this establishment. After we ordered, the employees at the window were polite and even wiped our cups to get any dripping off so the cups were clean when they gave...
Definitely my least favorite Dutch Bros. They can’t keep track of the cars, the coffee never tastes the same as others, my drinks often come out messy. Unfortunately this is the one we have to use on our way out of town. I wish it was better.
