I wish I could give this place six stars! Just absolutely amazing Migas . Tortillas were steaming , fresh but the migas was different then other place. So cheesy packed with flavor, I've never had a more perfect egg fish in my life. Service was fast and friendly and the place spotless. Surgery could have been performed in that mens room. Hats off really one of my top breakfasts in years.

This place has become our "go-to" spot. Moving from South Texas, I feel like it's so hard to find good Mexican restaurants, but this one is a family favorite. I've yet to be disappointed!

Delicious authentic Mexican food in a cute house along San Jacinto Street is our new fave place for tacos when in BCS. As a native Texan, authentic Mexican food is my birthright and I need it!! The tacos here are absolutely delicious and supremely craveable. I always try the barbacoa, and that taco will tell you a lot of what toy need to know about a place. The Barbacoa here is tender, subtly spiced, moist, and a treat for all the senses. My fave barbacoa I have had in a while - too bad it's 300 miles from home! Pork chop tacos are crispy and delectable, as are chicken and beef fajitas. Eggs a la Mexicana is moist scrambled eggs studded with fresh loco de Gallo - yum!! These folks serve Menudo EVERY DAY!! If it wasn't hotter than hell outside, I'd have gotten it. I'll be bringing kid back here after thanksgiving, so I'll try it then. 5 autentico como en su casa stars!!

This place serves delicious no frills food in a very laid back atmosphere. Seat yourself when you walk in and pay at the counter up front when you leave. They give you good chips with two types of red salsa- a fresh one and a roasted one (I personally prefer the roasted over the fresh because it has more tomato flavor). We ordered a large menudo and the grilled steak plate, which comes with tortillas, rice, lettuce, pico, guacamole, and charro beans (charro is the default but you can change it) and our total bill was just under $20. The menudo was very tasty and I would definitely order it again. Next time though I will get flour tortillas instead because they are better than the corn tortillas I chose. Seriously, their flour tortillas are delicious. Steak was average but acceptable and the rice and beans were well seasoned and tasty. It got quite loud inside with rambunctious children and the patrons coming in all seemed to know each other even though they came separately and were yelling across the tables to greet each other. But I didn't mind because I was very happy and content with my food :).

This place was on my Bucket List and on our way to see my brother in law we stopped in. My wife and I both had Menudo she had a chorizo taco and I had Barbacoa tacos. First the customers service was awesome they were closing early but they took us in and were very patient with us. They bought us out salsa the red one was a little too salty, and the barbacoa tacos were also salty and greasy still good though. The menudo was good but have to give my sister credit, Hers is the best I've had. Overall not a bad place to go.

Solid spot for breakfast or lunch.... closed for dinner. I enjoyed the barbacoa and menudo on a cloudy Saturday morning. Service was fast and friendly and served in a cool, old style ranch house under the oaks. This place could easily move to a four star if the salsa had more kick.... but then again, I'm a pepper head.

SUCH GOOD FOOD. I love their tacos so much. Especially the breakfast tacos. The verde salsa is too creamy for me. But the red salsa is amazing. And they have some yummy cookies on sale at the counter, my kids love them.

Humble, authentic and courteous. Posters for local sports teams means they are invested in their community. These are real people serving real food. I enjoyed my #1 basically a combo fajitas. My wife had the chilé relleno. My cHarro beans were excellent and my rice was very good. The chilé rellleno was also tasty. My fajitas were excellent. A great mix of bell peppers, onions, beef and shrimp. Best Mexican food I have had in this part of Texas. Not Tex Mex but real basic Mexican.Small, humble but good. The real deal.

Very good. Points off only for tightness of tables. I had chicken & onion tacos and they had just the right amount of grease. I'd come back but we are kinda far from Indy.

Stopped by for breakfast with my husband. We had #3 and #11 plate. Cleaned our plates and will definitely be back. Love the atmosphere and friendly staff. Seems like a nice local spot, not corporate. And the food seemed to all be cooked fresh!.
