WAS super excited to try this place out because it looked cute and it wasn’t far from where we were staying… As soon as we walked in, I noticed the employee was on her phone and didnt even look up to acknowledge that we had walked in. I looked past that… (I get it.. we have teenagers) but as we were checking out, she not once made eye contact, or even acted as if she enjoyed her job.. In fact, it was almost as if we were a burden for even coming into the establishment…...

I brought my sister and son here today for a little snack and to get out of the heat. Alexa helped us out and was wonderful! She helped my sister and son pick out flavors, and was super patience with my son. She has great customer service and her smile is contagious. So this was my first time here and allI have to say is amazing customer service both of the girls that were working were so polite and sweet to me and my family .The store was so clean and it felt like an amazing environment to be around .The froyo was amazing too would recommend the cake batter
