Fat Shack is the TRUTH! I’m not sure what it was like before Josh took ownership last week, but if there was an option for more stars ⭐️ they would be getting them. The food is great, but the staff is what made my trip and the reason for this review. Between Ashley, Cheyenne, Austin and the new Bossman (Josh) the experience is unique, but in the best of ways. A friendly welcome and great attitudes. It’s such a chill vibe that I think the food tastes better just from the atmosphere the staff creates here! Which is hard to believe, bc the food is already cloud-nine. The owners take on the milkshakes makes perfect sense: “They are simple but if you get too carried away with adding to something like a milk shake; in my opinion, you are stealing from the timelessness of the immortal American staple.” -Josh (Embellished Paraphrasing done on my part…🤷🏻♂️) New place to get late night grub is the Fat Shack New bc of the new Chief. Come and check out what He is doing with the place!

The fries as a side were good. That's about it. Husband and I each got a sandwich with fries and drink. They were okay, but not worth the $46 spent.
The Fat Bronco was coated so heavily with marinara that I couldn't taste anything else, and it made everything incredibly soggy. I expected the fries to be soggy, but thought the chicken might at least have some crisp to it. I was wrong, and I could barely even tell that there was a mozzarella stick in there. That sandwich could definitely use some work.

One star out of five. If zero were an option, this place would earn it. Despite being part of a chain known for its "Fat" burgers with over-the-top toppings like macaroni and cheese, mozzarella sticks, and grilled onions, this location disappoints in every way. Even with advertisements on the tables showing these extravagant options, they only offer bacon as an add-on. When I asked about the usual toppings, I was met with an unnecessarily aggressive "we don't do that here." A polite explanation would have been fine, but the rudeness was uncalled for. The burger itself was bland, dry, and tasted burnt—well beyond a simple sear. On top of that, the restaurant was filthy: greasy handprints on tables, trash scattered around, and wobbly, unclean surfaces. We spent $40 on two meals, waited 20 minutes, and received cold fries alongside a sad, disappointing burger. Save your time and money—head to Whataburger or Burger King for a better meal at a lower cost. I'll continue to visit this chain in other cities, but never this location again.

No smiles only rudeness My boyfriend ordered the classic and he asked for it with mozzarella sticks and macaroni ( BTW its what they are known for) ans the dude running the counter rudely and aggressively told him no. NY boyfriend responded oh that's the first time I've been here where you guys don't do that, agin the man was aggressive saying yeah no not at this location. Mind you this was the first time I was at this restaurant I saw a picture of the cow sandwich and when I asked what it was he looked at me and talked to me like I was stupid. We went to get out drinks my drink cup was crushed and they had no ice. Then we looked for a place to sit every single table in the place was filthy covered with what I assumed was spilled soda and garbage another covered in salt and trash the floor was sticky the seats were sticky and our food came out cold. Also the person bringing out our food at first brought out the wrong order and insisted that is what we ordered. My also had a funky smell like it was stale. If you want to come to this location avoid it like the plauge

Went in around 12:20am and were greeted and she was very polite and patient with us! As we had a decent size order and food came out reasonably!! Unfortunately, I do not know her name and failed to get it, I hope she gets recognized! There was a hilarious incident where a guy miss pronounced Fat doobie and said fat booty and he thought that was hilarious too!! Overall great experience!
