Freddy’s Frozen Custard is hands-down one of the best spots I’ve been to in a long time. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely attentive—they made the experience effortless and welcoming. The food itself was top-notch: perfectly cooked, flavorful, and clearly made with care. But what really stole the show was the dessert. The frozen custard was rich, creamy, and indulgent without being overwhelming, and every bite was pure satisfaction. I don’t usually write reviews, but Freddy’s deserves it—every part of the experience, from service to food to dessert, was absolutely on point.

The food was delicious and the customer service was great. Everyone was friendly and helpful someone even offered to throw my trash away which I was kind've taken aback by at first because I was just casually cleaning up my table and was about to do it and this friendly female employee ( I wish I would've gotten her name to add to this ) just walked up and offered. Sometimes it's just the little things that really impress you about an establishment. Everything was clean and very well maintained. Just an overall great experience and my wife and I's first time ever being to a Freddy's. They gained a couple more customers though because we'll definitely be back. Thank yall!

I wanted to commend the management team. Very friendly and if you dislike your food for ANY reason they will make it right! Their goal is to make your food experience better overall. I love that kind of customer service. Hard to find these days!

Service was very good. The gentleman was very nice. I am scoring so low because of the food. I think it’s OUTRAGEOUS you want 7 dollars for 1 hot dog. The burger was tasteless except for the pickles. The onion rings were decent but a little undercooked and the cheese curds were fine. But for the price I paid I wouldn’t return for that kind of mediocre food. Reminded me of a glorified cross between Burger King and McDonald’s just with more sides.

Good hamburgers and chili dogs. I love ❤️ their chocolate frozen custard. I will usually get a quart that is frozen soft with cheesecake mixed into it.

Kids meals come with a little picture of ice cream and a sticker sheet to decorate it. The kids love it. Very yummy food. Lots of tables and booths to sit at.
