Formerly 4 star, now 2 star. Apparently the speaker does not transmit the words no onions, a meal with no drink but WITH fries, and cheese sauce. After I went back for the cheese sauce, the melt had onions, and missing the fries on the second combo meal with no drink (I had to repeat 3 times). Please upgrade your drive through speaker. Thanks!

The general manager was very kind and apologized profusely for their tech difficulties. After waiting for a while she proceeded to cover our lunch which absolutely made our day! I’ve never been here before and I will definitely be coming back! They are lucky to have thoughtful and empathetic leadership ??

First time experience. Bacon cheeseburger combo with pepsi and chocolate frozen custard. "Burger" was basically an overcooked meat crepe. Not impressed. French fries were like toothpicks made from potatoes. Not my favorite style but they were hot and fresh. The chocolate frozen custard was UNBELIEVABLE! That is why three stars by itself. I may try hot dog next time. My suggestion, skip the burger and go for the frozen custard.

Very dissatisfied. 4 of the 5 times i've been to this location at least one thing in my order has been wrong. Lukewarm meals are served having no regard for allergies or dietary restrictions that most of the fast food industry is more than capable of accommodating. Service is as expected but staff should feel some way about their inability to produce and deliver what is purchased from their establishment. I only eat here because my family occasionally their enjoys mid-grade, overpriced food, but i will start to do my best to steer them away as i have been.
