Avoid this jack in the box if you can. Takes 15 minutes to get your food, workers are rude and have no sense of urgency to do anything. They just need to start over completely with this jack in the box. Food was good though lol

Kaomi is wonderful. The shake machine was empty and they didn't make the burger to specification. But Kaomi gave us a cheesecake free to make up for it

Showed up at 9:08. When handed the food the woman upturned her eyes and the corner of her mouth to show the physiological response of contempt. I woke up with diarrhea. They will give you food poisoning of they don't like you. Health department should pay them a visit.

I am so sick of having to leave the window to go wait for my food. And then when I do like today as an example it's been 10 mins for 2 breakfast jacks. Why is it so hard to cook food in a timely manner here

Went in drive thru at 430 am they claim to be open 24/7. The employee said he didn't have time to take any orders because he was working on a nightly report and it would be 45 minute wait. He also stated Sir you do know is 4am and I replied yes some people have to drive to work early. So much for fast food đ

Discontinued items on the drive through menu board. Another item I ordered was out but they didn't know that until after I paid so I took a substitution. Despite nobody else in the Drive-Thru lane, we were asked to go to a parking space and wait. For a couple of grilled chicken sandwiches, onion rings and some curly fries. And we waited... and waited. And waited. If I'd known it was going to take that long I would have gone over to Freddy's for the shakes and cheese curds we also wanted. Instead of two grilled chickens, one, & a burger. Not great, but everyone has a off day.

After dining in here, I can definitely understand why theyâre rating is so low in the reviews arenât that good! The girl who took my order was absolutely rude acted like she hated her job sat on her phone while I stood at the counter and one of the girls in the back had to let her know I was there.. She proceeded to have a nasty attitude entire time without even saying anything so that says a whole lot⊠She completely acted like she hated life! Asked a question about directions and I got looked at like I was dumb⊠This is the absolute worst location Iâve ever been to thank God we will never be back because we were just traveling through!!!!! I wouldnât recommend anyone stopping here!!!
Bathrooms are absolutely disgusting on top of that!!

Nothing out of the ordinary stopped in for a bite to eat while traveling I got the ultimate cheeseburger asked for extra mayonnaise took a bite into it it had extra mustard how you mistake mustard for mayonnaise idk I can't stand mustard I took it back after talking to the counter person & the manager who was acting like it was my fault saying to scape it off reluctantly made me another one

I had told her to hold on cause I didnât know what I wanted since there was no menu on display and after a couple seconds she came on speaker saying what you want order. The other woman who I think is a manager cause she was in a red shirt she kinda shoved me my order and slam the drive thru window close. When I checked my food my burger was thrown together and wrapped any kind of way
