I went by the drive thru and i was really impressed. The customer service was at its finest, Devin was very professional and polite. It’s hard to find drive thru’s like this around town. Thank you man, we sure need more people as yourself at any drive thru!

I ate a Hamburger. 1 hour later I started feeling bad, then I was in the bathroom getting sick (you know what I mean). I felt a little weak, so I went to bed early. The following day I felt a lot better. It was not a fun night. If you think about it, I flushed money down the toilet.

i have came here twice in the past two weeks. first time i just gave the benefit of the doubt. but this is the slowest location i have been to, no one waiting inside i was the only one and drive thru wasn't busy either and it took just over 20 minutes

Took an hour to do my food and when I home and opened my bad there was food missing from my bag. Called them and they never answered.
If you are low carb or Keto. Ask for the sandwich ? with NO BUN. They are excellent ?

I remember when this Jack in the Box opened and the food was good and service was great now this Jack in the Box is trash and needs to be shut down poorly trained people drink tastes terrible and you can't even get your food because the computers are breaking down go ahead and just shut this one down and you'll save a lot of money I will be going to the Villa Maria one from now on

It says this location is 24 hours but everytime we try to go through the drive thru at night there's either yellow cones blocking so you can't order or someone comes out and says they aren't taking orders or something is down and its all the time.Sucks because we work night shift and this place is closer to home than Whataburger but I guess they don't want business.
