The absolute WORST jack in the box!! Almost 20 minutes in the drive through!!! And no apologies from the employee. At the very least offer a free soda or dessert or something! Also it's apparent the grill was filthy, the food tasted terrible. Do better! Much better!!

Every time I go to this store, the experience gets worse. I went through the drive thru, 1 vehicle ahead of me and 1 vehicle behind me, I ordered a breakfast burrito and 2 breakfast jacks. I was asked to drive around to the front of the store, while waiting 15 minutes for my order, the vehicle in front of me as well as the vehicle behind me, gets their order and leaves. Another 6 mins goes by before the worker brings my order comes out with an attitude. 21 minutes waiting for a burrito and 2 breakfast jacks in the drive thru is absolutely ridiculous. I'll definitely be taking my business else where from this point forward

It took 10 minutes of turning on and off of my radio and making noise before someone took my order from the drive thru. I had 2 tacos and 1 medium coke. Coke was 3/4 full. Once I took a sip of my drink it was not coke but carbonated water. I went inside and tried all drinks available at the drink machine but it was all carbonated water. No one ask to help me. One customer was upset about his order. Got frustrated and left and threw my drink in the trash. Piss poor service! It was 1/16/2025 @ 5:45pm.

Got a home style chicken sandwich and tiny tacos. Got home and there was no tiny tacos. Took 3 bites and there was a hair in my chicken. I said it’s fine extra protein. Took another bite and the breading was not cooked all the way through. Automatic throw up. Ahh yes the jack in the box special. At least he curly fries are good
