Food is always delicious but it’s never ready when it says it will be. We ordered at 6 was told it would be ready at 6:15. We showed up around 6:20 and the food wasn’t ready until 6:35. We will still come back but it’s pretty inconvenient having to wait that long.

I love supporting small businesses, especially those that are black-owned. I was checking for restaurants on Google Maps, saw JB’s Hibachi and after checking their instagram, I was convinced. I’m so glad to give this place a try. It was excellent! Seriously, for how much you pay, you get a lot of food. It’s worth it. JB was incredibly nice and I enjoyed talking to him! He is doing a really good job with his truck and it needs more appreciation. I am trying to diet and tired of take out just being mostly fried food. This is an excellent option for anyone needing protein and something healthy. The only negative thing I’d have to say is that the steak was a little too well done for me but to be fair, I never requested if I wanted it cooked a certain way. I was too excited to try it haha.

Gas asffff. Owner was pretty chill and the food came out pretty fast. Ended up eating it 20 minutes later and it was still delicious
The food is amazing. They have updated on a few things. JB always delivers. The food tastes amazing and always on point. Come try this food truck out. The hibachi dishes are really good. I have already had the salmon, shrimp, chicken, veggie and the lamb. All highly recommend

Food was excellent! I had salmon and shrimp over grilled zucchini and onions and red bell pepper and really flavorful rice. It was all fresh and cooked perfectly. I'm kind of a food snob and this was superb. I had to wait a little longer than I thought (20min) but that was because he had just gotten there and its all made fresh. Call ahead or have it delivered. This is a food truck, so there is no atmosphere, but I wanted good food to take to my hotel and eat in. Could not have been any better!
