What part of no peppers on my Philly cheesesteak is hard to comprehend? I don’t like peppers. I specifically asked for no peppers on my sandwich, and what do I get on my sandwich? Peppers. This was not a good experience. And then one of the workers cocked an attitude with my husband about his sandwich. I was not impressed. The other couple of times we have been here, the food was right and the workers were pleasant. Not this time.

Food was great. Staff was fun and hilarious. Threw out salami and cheese like a hibachi. Not often do you get a bunch of strangers laughing and having fun together in a random Jersey Mike’s. Everyone of all ages walked out with a smile. :)

I tried to give the benefit of the doubt, I should’ve doubted. I ordered a hot sandwich. I stated that I’d like to add to it and they said they’d call me when it was time to do so. They did not call me over, they bagged my dry ass incorrectly missing half the ingredients sandwich in the bag and told me to have a nice night. My night is not nice, I paid over $50 for dinner and I expect it to be right. I’ll be calling to speak with the manager in the morning. People, in general, yall, if you don’t want to people or work with people please stop getting people pleasing requiring jobs.

Food is always great! Had the chicken melt with mikes hot honey recently and it was awesome. My only complaint, which is minor, the tables need to be cleaned a little more, I hate sitting at a table with crumbs and wetness from drink cups.

They REALLY saved my bacon today! I have Celiac disease and they accommodated a last minute allergy request on an order I submitted wrong, and only charged for the difference in the type of bread on the ticket. I felt bad, they'd already made the full order and everything! Absolute angels.

Was greeted as soon as I walked in and the woman that made my sandwich was super pleasant. My sandwich looked so good it could have been used for a commercial. Seriously, the best service I’ve ever gotten from a sandwich shop.

Jersey Shore is by far my favorite and can only have it Mike’s way! The spicy dill pickle chips were a great addition. So glad I tried to get outside my comfort zone from the jalapeño! All the staff was so kind and helpful! One of our favorites for a quick bite!
