Food tastes Wonderful , however , the chicken pieces were HORRIBLY SMALL ! Such a ripoff ! Go to Popeye's instead. NEVER GOING BACK UNLESS SOMETHING CHSNGES. $28 I spent and thoroughly disappointed. Supposed to be 8 thighs and 4 wings. They didn't even get that right. I had almost all drumsticks.

I ordered a mash potatoes WITH gravy and even asked if I could have extra gravy on the side, the lady said it already came with gravy and I said alright fine. I checked my order and NO gravy and it says on the receipt Mash potatoes and gravy. Bad!

Very rude customer service. Specials advertised on window and menu were over and staff were too lazy or didn’t care to remove them. Then get rude when you ask for them. Chicken express is the place to go.

The original fried chicken did not taste the same as a few years back. Use to be able to suck the chicken off the bone because it was so tender the crust soft & juicy . This visit, the chicken, tasted old. The fries were very good & tasty.
