Very rude customer service. Specials advertised on window and menu were over and staff were too lazy or didn’t care to remove them. Then get rude when you ask for them. Chicken express is the place to go.

The original fried chicken did not taste the same as a few years back. Use to be able to suck the chicken off the bone because it was so tender the crust soft & juicy . This visit, the chicken, tasted old. The fries were very good & tasty.
KFC the College Station location, First of all I Just want to say I love KFC Chicken for many years, We have been eating KFC in the Bryan! location which is amazing, Great service , The food is always hot delicious We always order the family meals, We are now in College Station And let me tell you It's like day and night Horrible service !!cold old chicken!!! The biscuits were so hard!! And just yesterday Sunday At 4:30 PM We went through the drive through and sat thereOver 5 minutes nothing so we drove up to the window And this lady Her name was( Enaida) Not sure if I'm spelling it correctly but she couldn't speak good english Just looked at us She opens the window and says I have order ,It was the car behind us, We sat there and watched her fill the car behind us's full order !! Then opens the sliding window And just looks at us , I will never go back to KFC you lost a great Paying customer!!! And I'll make sure to post this on social media If you don't get proper training to your employees!! If you have questions for me you can call me at this number Thank you

This is the most beautiful I have ever been to. It brought tears to my eyes. The staff were so kind and my sandwhich took literal seconds to come out. The food was hot and fresh.

We came in to drive thru and we haven’t ate KFC in years. The worker in drive thru was rude and didn’t want talk or answer questions. To leave it one way in and one way out. They forgot our drink we walk around the building and they turned the lights off and didn’t even see what we wanted. They need another night crew, I get you were about to close but closing at 10pm not 9:50 or 9:55pm. I worked fast food and have never done or seen this done before. Just lazy, rude and disrespectful I see why I haven’t ate there. The food was cold and old. What a shame.
