This is the most beautiful I have ever been to. It brought tears to my eyes. The staff were so kind and my sandwhich took literal seconds to come out. The food was hot and fresh.

We came in to drive thru and we haven’t ate KFC in years. The worker in drive thru was rude and didn’t want talk or answer questions. To leave it one way in and one way out. They forgot our drink we walk around the building and they turned the lights off and didn’t even see what we wanted. They need another night crew, I get you were about to close but closing at 10pm not 9:50 or 9:55pm. I worked fast food and have never done or seen this done before. Just lazy, rude and disrespectful I see why I haven’t ate there. The food was cold and old. What a shame.

How is it I have been going to KFC only recently when it's just oh so good?! Is it the perfectly seasoned dark meat selections or when it's time to mix it up? Maybe it's the fast & reliable great customer service (Ashton is the best!). Maybe it's all the above. Keep up the delicious work all Y'all do for us loyal customers. You treated me with the utmost respect and kindness and the way you greet everyone on their way in, check to make sure everybody is happy with their order, and say goodbye to everyone on their way out…. Asked about the 8 Pc$10 special and was informed we could only get it online. We went to order it online and it wasn't available.....so I went inside to see if they could still offer us the special being that said the quote on quote Asst. Manager would not offer us the deal.... she gone ask me did I try the other store.... now why would I do that as I live in Bryan.....She needs to back through customer service and management training!!!
