We have been coming here monthly since they opened.
Food is always good. Service is good but a bit slow.
Recently 8/22/25 (new owners?) they asked if using credit or debit because they now charge MORE if you use credit.
Sorry but not a fan of this.

Absolutely fantastic Thai food! Every dish was bursting with fresh flavors and perfectly balanced spices. The Pad Thai was cooked to perfection, the curry was rich and aromatic, and the portions were generous. The staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive, making us feel right at home. The restaurant had a cozy, inviting atmosphere that made the dining experience even better. Definitely one of the best Thai restaurants I’ve been to — can’t wait to come back!

By far the worse food experience - maybe ever! Soft and squishy mushrooms. Vegetables that appeared to be from a can of vegetable medley, and the flavor - 🤢. The chicken.. meh! We both left half the plate, and for basically $14, I have had fresher in College Station.

Not worth it
This place is not ADA complaint. Unaware of ADA laws. I am not sure if they have people on their payroll like the Mafia, but how can you continue turn disabled people away. Turned away my friend with Eye seeing Service Dog.

Denied for having a service animal stating “we don’t allow dogs or service dogs here” even after seeing ADA Law. Refused service, even after that fact so we left for another establishment.

I never expected to witness outright discrimination, but unfortunately after several chances, this post has to be made. I went out with my friend, who has a professionally trained service dog from Guide Dogs of Texas. We have been to many restaurants in BCS since she obtained him. Upon sitting down, we were told we were not allowed to be in the restaurant because of the dog. When I clarified, “Even though she’s disabled?” the staff replied, “Yes, no dogs of any kind.” She was shown the ADA card and still did not care.
This is a clear violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), which guarantees access for individuals with disabilities who use service animals. We were offered the chance to take food to-go, but since I vote with my money and obviously am not going to support a business that hates disabled people, we got up and left. They were told they would be reported and she said “Okay go ahead”
I strongly urge the management of Kluay Kluay to educate themselves on the ADA.
I will not be back. I will go get my pad thai elsewhere.

Not allowing a service dog is actually a federal crime. Terrible.

Came in with a service dog. They said they weren't allowed. Showed the ADA fact card to the person there to let them know its a federal law. They said they didn't care and we must leave.
We ended up leaving. Shame. Used to go there whenever I craved Thai food. Not coming back, and this restaurant just joined a no-go list for several local groups. The discrimination and disrespect towards my friend in our group are not okay. We didn't want to wait on police today, but complaints will be filed with the federal organizations that oversee this.

Was up at College Station from San Antonio with my girlfriend, who doesn't do Asian food. She was out and about doing things, I snuck out for Thai at Kluay Kluay. Was sooooo good!
Pad Thai is my go to Thai. Was super good. Large portion. Came out hot and spicy. 5 stars if ever in Aggie Land again, I'm 100% going back.
Service was quick and friendly. Zero complaints there. 5 stars.
Atmosphere: Please do not take 3 stars as a knock. This is a little sit down Thai place in a shopping center. It's not the Ritz. It's not supposed to be. It's a place to go grab some danged good Thai. Dining room was clean and cool, but no frills, and that is perfectly fine.
Man, now I want pad Thai again.
Thanks for the great meal.

This is a hold in the wall restaurant with decent thai. It was one of my favorite in college, returned recently and the prices have definitely increased - maybe a little bit past the value

I just called to place an order on off of their website and it should have been $24 but they told me it'd be $30. When I asked about the discrepancy in price they said they changed their prices but not on the website. They said they wouldn't honor the website prices. Disappointed already for a first time buyer. Hoping the food is decent but I don't think that's good customer service. The phone also rang about 20 times before someone even answered.

I used to be a regular at this restaurant and especially enjoyed their basil fried rice and pad kee mao. I just ordered through Instacart and got the Kluay Kluay seafood, basil fried rice, and pad prik king. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The basil fried rice had no basil flavor at all. The Kluay Kluay seafood was the worst—every vegetable tasted like it came from a can, and the mussels seemed pickled. Overall, everything tasted off. Sadly, I won’t be returning.
