Spicy turkey wow! Absolutely incredible from the taste and the flavor down to the texture it was amazing. Kinda sad that the place is being sold to new owners. I really hope they keep that sandwich on the menu though. I found out about this place waaaaaaay too late. Go here if you're looking for great sandwiches!

I'm not sure these guys are still in business. I did a GrubHub order for Friday morning that got cancelled 30 minutes before it was due for delivery, then the next day the store is shuttered and dark.

Ordered form door dash and everything went smoothly. Did not know that the business had changed hands with a new owner, but it was apparent when I looked at and tasted the kolaches. The filling was less and the dough was different. The taste and smell always reminded me of being a kid and getting a fruit fill kolache before school when they were located in caldwell. 3 stars isn't a reflection of service, it's just a reflection of how these new kolaches stack up to the old ones. They are not the same and if you are expecting that then this is your PSA.

While visiting our grandson here we were told to come here for the kolaches so we complied. However he apparently hadn't been here in a while because it was under new ownership that didn't offer quite the same cuisine. After talking to the new owner of KC Deli (new name) we felt obliged to order something from him. We ordered some kolaches that were mostly dough and several sweet rolls. They were quite bready. The new owner is trying to put his spin on this spot and plans to offer sandwiches and some Cajun food.

Highly recommend Kolache Capital We had them cater in 200 mini kolaches for the late night snack at our daughter’s wedding.

Highly recommend Kolache Capital. We had them cater in 200 mini loaches for the late night snack at our daughter's wedding. Alex, the owner, went above and beyond our expectations by personally delivering the Kolaches late in the evening so they would be hot. The Kolaches were a huge hit. Everyone loved them, and asked about where we got them. Alex was great to work with, was responsive and so accommodating. Would love to see this business thrive in downtown Bryan.

I called in to make an order for a sandwich and these douchebags didn't even have the bread to make a sandwich. It is obvious that they will not last very long. Too bad that they have new owners who cannot properly run a business.

The service was great and the guy was super sweet which is a huge plus. I just wasn't impressed with the sausage kolaches. Lots of breading and were cold. I will give them another try ?

Lemme tell you. Driving truck you get to eat alot of different kolaches alot of different places. This is my no.1 as of now. The sausage isnt cheap. The cheese is good. And they way they bake the bread does something good for the whole event. Will be coming back whenever possible.

While visiting friends and family in the Bryan, Texas area, we stopped by the Kolache Capital to try out their kolache. First of all, we ordered a dozen kolache to go. It wasn't until we reached my friend's house that we discovered that there were only 9 pastries in the box. The three strawberry filled kolache had been left out. Second of all, the 9 kolache that we received must have been three days old because you could have hit them with a brick and not damaged them - including the poppy seed filling. To say that they were bad would be an understatement. We sample kolache from all over Texas and can say these were the worse. DO NOT BUY THEM HERE!
