I had to call 4 times to place a pick up order. They never answer the phone and this has happened multiple times and they do not be busy. Once somebody finally answered the phone the lady had horrible customer service she was talking very rude to me and had a high pitched voice very so yelling at me. She also call her self rushing me over the phone like she doesn’t enjoy her job. When I got there they handled my food very poorly wasn’t handled properly at all.

Dumbest drive-thru and parking lot situation I have ever seen. Normal considerate people get in line from behind the restaurant and turn left into the parking lot towards the drive-thru window.
Every single time, clowns will turn onto 24th from Texas Ave. and there will be a showdown between those that are waiting in the drive-thru line correctly and the dorks that try and pry themselves in.
Also, those cars that decide to line up coming off of Texas Ave. block customers that are trying to leave or enter the restaurant from 24th.
Every single time people are honking or getting into it because of those inconsiderate jerks that don’t just get in line like normal.
We were in town to visit family and they recommended this restaurant for breakfast. The dining room is a bit small and seating goes quick, because they're busy. We met a new couple as we shared a table, we definitely didn't mind. ? Everyone was nice and our server did an amazing job. She was very attentive to our needs and had great recommendations. I had the breakfast buffet (menudo, migas, barbacoa, arroz con leche, tortillas) and hubby had a potato and egg burrito. Yummy? Everything was well prepared and the flavor was on point.? The prices are reasonable and portions are more than enough. They had so many options at the buffet, but. I will have to come back. ??

Went here today for breakfast tacos. My order was simple 2 potato cheese crispy bacon 1 extra slice bacon. Got home order was wrong. Went back they asked me check order before I left, it was still wrong. The bacon was white and rubber. I let them know I asked for crispy bacon. I was told we precook bacon in the morning there is no crispy. Which is understandable with how busy the business is. BUT that information should have been disclosed when placing order. The lady said next time we will have crispy bacon. Very disappointed in this place.

Dropped in after a night out for the Mexico vs Brazil soccer game. It was a great choice! The the food surpassed any expectations and the service made us feel at home. They lived up to the name, familia. It really felt local. We always support local first!!! Shoutout to y'all! We'll be back.
