They were very busy but I ordered a hot &ready pepperoni pizza which they had one the whole time I waited over 25min for a manager to ask me if I needed help I said yes he reached in and pulled out my pizza, paid & left never again on Boonville road no organization at all.

Why say HOT AND READY when they have no HOT AND READY pizzas ready. Its a waste of time. Trying calling in to place an order so it would be ready for me to just pick up but they dont EVER answer the phone.
Employees always seen to be having a rough time and it shows in the attitude. Pizza is hit or mis so check the quality before you leave.

I always forget this location never has anything else ready but the hot n ready pizza. Frustrating when you want wings, garlic bread or cheesey bread with your pizza but they never have any ready and the wait for it is always 15 min. They always say they had a big order earlier that's why they don't have any ready. Like y'all couldn't put more in the oven when you see you're out?.
