Horrible service had to wait 45 minutes for one pizza. This isn’t even the first time I’ve had to wait almost an hour. I don’t know if it’s lack of employees or lack of work but it’s really frustrating how long I have to wait just for food. Would not recommend if you want quick food.

This Place Is a Health Nightmare Waiting to Happen
I don’t say this lightly: the Little Caesars at 803 Dellwood St. in Bryan, TX is one of the most shockingly unsanitary places I’ve ever stepped into. I walked in expecting cheap pizza — I walked out wondering how this place is even operating.
While I stood there waiting, I had a full view of the back area, and what I saw was straight-up horrifying. The employees looked like they were in their own world, completely ignoring even the most basic hygiene. I didn’t see a single moment where hands were washed or gloves were changed. It was the same filthy gloves touching dough, touching counters, touching random objects, then going right back to touching food again.
It honestly looked like cross-contamination wasn’t just happening — it was practically the theme of the kitchen.
The vibe in the whole place screamed “we do not care.” No urgency, no standards, no awareness. Watching the way they handled everything made my stomach turn. It felt less like a restaurant and more like a disaster scene that someone slapped a pizza sign on.
I left the building with one thought: If this is what they’re doing in full view of customers, what in the world goes on when no one’s watching?
This location needs serious attention, accountability, and probably a full reset. Until then, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Not even as a last-resort meal.

if I could rate it 1 star I would. we waited 20min after the time for mobile pickup for me to bring back a pizza that wasn’t cut, soggy (supposed to be well done) and thinner dough then a pepperoni slice. It wasn’t even for me, it was for my girlfriend. Andolutely horrendous considering it’s a college town location and should expect a lot of orders. I get if they’re short staffed or inexperienced but that’s insane… not cutting the pizza?

To all who read this PLEAS NEVER COME TO THIS SPECIFIC STORE EVER. If I could leave a negative stars review I would. To any manager/store owner reading this PLEASE FIRE EVERYONE WHO WORKED ON 3/13/2025. They were rude, told me 15 min on the phone gave them 20, walked in no one wanted to be their, told me 10 more minutes, the worker who was helping me said to my face that they were the only ones working cause everyone else was closing (time was around 9:20pm this store hours are for 11pm) but could see all them on their phones sitting and talking. After waiting told me they gave away my pizza to a mobile order and I could wait. Got my money and left. They tried to give me a free pizza but to say sorry but after looking at it, it was over cooked and looked dry. Only time I've ever done and wanted to give a review of a place.
