Drove through last night at 8:45, lights on, storage shed door in the back of the building was open but no one ever came to the drive through to take my order.

Went thru drive thru and lady was so friendly. She gave us lots of condiments and packed everything well. Our food was still piping hot when we got home and just perfect. Great experience.

I showed up at about 8:15pm tonight without knowing that they were closing early due to issues caused by a burglary. The drive through board's lights were already off but a voice said they were about to drop the last order and he'd cook mine with it if i knew what i wanted. Well, i ordered very quickly. I was completely surprised because he didn't have to do that and many places would not have. I really appreciated it.And, of course the food was freshly cooked and wonderful.Thank you!

Customer service is phenomenal! I pulled up to the drive thru not realizing they closed at 8pm. The gentleman ed that was working was so sweet to tell me he’ll still cook my food for me. I will always be a fan of Long John’s Silver!
We didn't even get to eat here. The lobby was closed. Looked old and worn down.

I'm addicted to the traditional fish and chicken here which is served hot and full of flavor. The inside eating area is a mystery because only the drive through is open so can't rate the interior atmosphere of the restaurant. I enjoy my car so I gave it an extra star for my experience.Parking: Lot is convenient to Texas Ave and the traffic light. More than enough space as no seating inside the restaurant

Incorrect order, rude unprofessional “manager”NA NAlita. Rang up the order incorrectly then refused to correct it even with us offering to pay. Got a 3pc chicken instead of the fish and shrimp platter. Refused to give the owners name and contact info to escalate this matter. Terrible Terrible Terrible
