I came to this particular McDonald’s three times in each time I got my food from them was old overcooked or they re-cooked it to heat it up. One of the chicken nuggets was so hard. It was burnt and crispy the fries were stale. then another time I got a burger from them the burger was so salty like it’s like they just took a whole thing of salt and poured it over it like that’s it. I ain’t coming anymore.

Ordered 2 spicy chicken . Gave me 2 old spicy chicken with cold hard cheese on them. Asked for 2 fresh spicy chicken. Gave me extra hot old microwaved dried out chicken. Never coming back

Me and my boyfriend always come to this Mcdonalds and almost always have a good experience. Staff are always more than helpful and food is always great. They recently added free wifi here, and you can also rent a space here for an event.

On 3/15/25 I had the displeasure of taking my wife into the hospital for ongoing pain issues. On the way we stopped into McDonalds for some sandwiches. It was 4:45 am and we waited for our order as you'd expect. Then we headed over to admissions about 1 mile away. The sandwiches were wrong so I called and spoke with a polite young woman who said she wrote it down and to ask for the Mgr Kevin when I went back. My wife ended up having to undergo emergency surgery, and I didn't get back to McDonalds until the following day on 3/16. The young man at the counter was polite and helpful and told the Mgr on duty, an older woman who made a facial expression of disdain and looked over at me, what I'd said. She told him to ask me for my receipt. I informed him that they had not given me one, and that's why I called back after it happened. The young man told her and she told him to tell me she would not do anything about it without one. I insisted that she speak with me directly, as that was unacceptable. When she came over I said goodmorning, and she replied "yes" as if speaking with a customer addressing a problem was too much for her. I went on to tell her my information was supposedly written down in the notes and was told to come in for my correct order. She again stated without a receipt she was not going to do anything, and walked away! She sent some young woman over to talk te me, because she no longer wanted to be professional or do her job. I told the young woman I felt like I was told to f off, because I had done exactly what I was told and was refused to be made whole. She stated that she never said that, and I told I didn't mean her or literally, and she said there was nothing she could do. The best advice she could give me was to come back on Tuesday and speak with the Mgr Kevin about it.

Drove by this morning at 6:51 and placed an order for a sausage mcdriddle made it to where I work It is an hour and A 1/2 went to eat mama griddle, only to find A. Sausage biscuit with egg with no egg in it.Looks like just a piece of sausage and biscuit

The supervisor doesn't understand English when you order! I ask for extra fries on Happy Meal and she even repeats it and I don't get them! 4 times this has happened and today got the wrong drink. They were out of coke the other day and probably still out, so they are just giving out random drinks!
