If they had a negative star rating, that’s what it would get worse service ever stood at counter for 15 minutes. All I got was employees looking at me. Nothing else then when an employee come to the counter, she walked past me to go help a customer with the kiosk, that just walked in I said are you not gonna help me first I was here first. She said I’ll be with you in a minute really and this is not the first time. I had bad service here. I am not one to give anyone rating. They do not deserve McDonald’s y’all need to get it together all the other McDonald’s around here in college Station and in is awesome compared to you guys !!

Guy taking my order at the drive thru was too busy trying (and failing) to flirt to get my order right (all while my bf was in the car with me). Once the drive thru guy noticed my bf in the car tho he slammed the window in my face after giving my card back. Also they barely gave any fries. 0/10 just give me my damn nuggets

I order through the drive thru and came back to counter to returned my chicken delux sandwich. It was dark and cold, like it was cooked in old or dirty oil. The manager on duty did not apologize. She just got my reciept and walked away, poor customer service. Of course I will return to this store location but not during early evening hours. However, I do want to add that the cashier at counter was friendly.

I order through the mobile app constantly and this might be the worst McDonalds around in b/cs, they are constantly forgetting items in my order, at first it wasn’t a big deal but this is a constant problem with this store, i think I’ve seen videos on my friends timtok of the manager going around recording everything as an almost daily routine, thisstore is laughable

The girl at the drive thru is the rudest person I’ve met. I asked for extra ketchup because she gave me 1 ketchup packet and she had the worst attitude claiming they didn’t have any sauces. It was obviously a lie there’s no way she can be stingy with KETCHUP of all things.

Worst customer service ever. I offered to pay extra for sauces and the girl with clear glasses that works in the drive thru literally only gave us one for a 20 piece. And it’s not the first time this happens.
I was first told at the drive through that door to an incident they were having they couldn't help me, I told them I already paid on line and she then said fine they could do it and I needed to park out front. We pulled around the front only to have her wave at us to go back through the drive through. Turns out some guy feel asleep in the drive through lane and the police were on their way. I still don't see how this would stop then from working inside as he posted no threat to them. My two holiday pies were so over microwaved they were stuck to the paper container and completely un-edible, they shorted me 2 hot and spicy. Abd we didn't get the condiments we ordered or even napkins. Very unhappy with this location.

The establishment was filthy and the food was horrible. My daughter ordered oatmeal and it was nothing but liquid. I took it back and the manager tried to give me another bowl of that same mess. I was like yeah no. I just wanted a refund so I could go somewhere else and it was the end of the world for her to do that.
